Renovated in January 2013, with a beautiful view over the canal 'George's Dock', the apartment is perfect for visiting Dublin (all places of interest within walking distance) or as a base for day trips to other cities: Connolly Station (central Station metro / train) is less than 50m away. Busaras (Central Station bus) is 100m away.

ALL MOD CONS FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY:

The apartment is on the 5th floor with lift, South facing, bright, and located in a private, safe and quiet block, built literally on the canal George's Dock. Supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM etc.etc., just outside the gate. All places of interest are within walking distance (ex. The Spire 8 mins, 10 mins O'Connell Bridge, Temple Bar 13 mins). The apartment comprises of: entrance hall, living room with balcony (table / chairs for 4 people, sofa, 'double' sofa bed, kitchenette (with washing machine), 1 bedroom (mattress 'King size') and bathroom (with shower and bidet .) Fantastic Location

We stayed for 5 nights in this apartment on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a condominium development, It was clean and comfortable without being fussy. The best thing about it, though, was the location. You are half a block from a main train station and a block in the other direction form a major bus line. We walked everywhere around downtown from the apartment and took the train to two coastal villages that were great. Between the apartment and the river (which is two blocks away) is a modern development with shops and food restaurants, as well as an Irish Heritage Museum. And, even though you are in a central city location, it was nice and quiet! We very much enjoyed the experience.

Brilliant, clean, modern apartment in a fab location. Close to the bus and train station and only a short walk from the tram. Very easy to arrange with the owner, who made very simple arrangements to let us in. We will definitely be back.

Northside Gem

This was my 3rd time visiting and staying at the apartment. You couldn't ask for a better "home base." The unit is conveniently located near Connolly Station, the Luas, and the DART. On foot you can be in the City Center in 10 or 15 minuets.

The owner is a pleasure to work with at all times.

We loved the apartment! It was perfect and gave us the feel of actually living in Ireland (even if only for a short time...).

The apartment is easily accessible from the airport in about 30 mins by bus (number 41) or by taxi (about 25/30 Eur). Alternatively, it is possible to arrange private transfer from / to the airport (please contact the owner)

DUBLIN BY NIGHT... AND BY DAY!

Dublin is renowned for its festive atmosphere and the friendliness of its people. The many lively pubs available in the city are usual destination for tourists looking for enjoyable hours and some "craic". But Dublin is not only nightlife... Many places are well worth a visit (Trinity College, the National Museum, the Botanic Garden, the shopping areas of Grafton Street and Henry Street etc.etc.) there is something for everyone!
