Renovated in January 2013, with a beautiful view over the canal 'George's Dock', the apartment is perfect for visiting Dublin (all places of interest within walking distance) or as a base for day trips to other cities: Connolly Station (central Station metro / train) is less than 50m away. Busaras (Central Station bus) is 100m away.

ALL MOD CONS FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY:

The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift, South facing, bright, and located in a private, safe and quiet block, built literally on the canal George's Dock. Supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM etc. are just outside the gate.

All places of interest are within walking distance (eg. The Spire 8 mins, O'Connell Bridge 10 mins, Temple Bar 13 mins). The apartment comprises of: entrance hall, living room with balcony (table / chairs for 4 people, two seater leather couch, a double sofa bed (mattress width 140 cm), kitchenette (with washing machine and dryer), 1 bedroom (mattress width 152 cm) and bathroom (with shower enclosure 80x80cm and bidet .) Fantastic Location

We stayed for 5 nights in this apartment on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a condominium development, It was clean and comfortable without being fussy. The best thing about it, though, was the location. You are half a block from a main train station and a block in the other direction form a major bus line. We walked everywhere around downtown from the apartment and took the train to two coastal villages that were great. Between the apartment and the river (which is two blocks away) is a modern development with shops and food restaurants, as well as an Irish Heritage Museum. And, even though you are in a central city location, it was nice and quiet! We very much enjoyed the experience.

Nice place to stay

A clean, compact, very efficient apartment, nicely located near many attractions, markets, bottle stores and restaurants. Additionally, the Connolly train station is only about 100 yards away.

very clean, very secure complex within walking distance of the major tourist sites in Dublin

The owner was very kind in answering our many questions prior to our arrival, and provided us with a clean, safe, well-appointed home for our stay. We loved the proximity to the many interesting sites, and particularly enjoyed the "Open House Dublin" tours on the last few days of our visit. We hope to visit Dublin again next year, and would be happy to stay in this home once again!

Perfect place to explore Dublin

Safe and quiet, near all transport, walking distance too all of Dublin. Kitchen allowed for our cooking in some and the deck was great for cocktails. Bright apartment with Southern exsposure. Appreciated the ability to do laundry. Overall everything we hoped it would be.

Brilliant, clean, modern apartment in a fab location. Close to the bus and train station and only a short walk from the tram. Very easy to arrange with the owner, who made very simple arrangements to let us in. We will definitely be back.
