Perfect home for families who want to relax on your vacation, located in a privileged mountain and with wonderful views of the Mediterranean. A 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beaches of Sant Pol de Mar and 15 minutes walk you can enjoy pleasant walks in the picturesque village of Sant Pol de Mar. Sant Pol de Mar is a quiet fishing village, has no mass tourism and is close to other towns where if there is a lot of tourism. It is ideal because you can enjoy the tranquility and magnificent beaches if you want more movement can go to neighboring towns as Calella de Mar where you will find a lot of tourism and all kinds of activities. And if you want to visit the area or major cities of Catalonia as Barcelona and Girona, you have quick access to the road or highway. The house has open spaces such as the dining room of 80 m2, sleeping area on the upper floor, kitchen with access to the garden where there is a wood oven and barbecue. The property overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and Mountains, where you can enjoy a relaxed dinner in the cool of the ocean breeze, also enjoy a manicured garden and cool off in the pool. Fantastic rental !

The home is roomy, perfectly clean, and all equipment works. The owner is friendly and shows up if there is any need. Only be aware there are stairs to reach the house from the garage. It was all conform to the description.

Nous avons passé 10 jours extraordinaires dans cette grande et belle maison très bien équipée, aménagée avec beaucoup de gout. Clim dans toutes les chambres Le jardin est très arboré et donc très frais. La piscine est exactement comme sur les photos : belle, grande, bleue et très bien entretenue. Il n'y a aucun vis à vis et le quartier est très calme. Située à 10 minutes en voiture du centre ou 20 minutes à pied. Idéale pour visiter Barcelone : 1/2 en voiture ou 1 heure en train.

Merci à David qui nous a accueillis pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, qui a pris le temps de nous montrer les alentours pour les commerces. Une petite caresse à Rocky.....

C'est vraiment une très belle destination de séjour, aussi bien pour la maison si on veut se reposer que pour les visites si on veut profiter de la proximité de BARCELONE et de GERONE . Je recommande vivement cette maison
