Just perfect! Thank you Yvan!

Just before the Christmas holidays we had a wonderful time in this splendid apartment , situated in the heart of Val Thorens.

It is very luxurious and perfectly equipped for a large family like our’s (2 adults and 4 children). One of the most beautiful apartments we have ever rented and the views are just stunning.

We especially appreciated the kindness of Yvan, the owner, before booking. He spent time giving us a lot of good advice on our stay in Val Thorens without even knowing if we were going to book his apartment.

Just PERFECT - and the children loved their holiday.

Thanks a lot Yvan. We will be coming back for sure.

A fantastic apartment, very well equipped and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable even for the kids in the bunk bed room. The silver alp complex was well located and had nearly ski in and ski out which we like in any apartment we look to rent. Strongly recommend this apartment as it accommodated the 6 of us in sufficient comfort without getting in the way of each other. If we ski in VT again we would be very happy to stay in this apartment again.

Excellent centrally located apartment

This is a well appointed, smart, and well maintained apartment in an excellent position to access the skiing area. It is also across the road from a very nice boulangerie that will deliver to the apartment at no extra cost. Being on the top floor the apartment was very quite and provided a nice view of the mountain over looking the village. It also had very good ski locker area in the basement with its own easy access from the front of the building.

There were 6 of us in the apartment for the week and we all enjoyed our stay.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comment. While reading it, i understand you were in our apartment which is located on the last floor. We have some apartments in the same residence. All the apartments are totally renovated. This one is particularly great with a stunning view. The whole residence was totally renovated during summer 2015. Ski-lockers surface size was upgraded so as to accept the skis and the snowboards for a group of 6. The ski-lockers room is warm and confortable. A pleasure before and after skiing Thank you for your stay. Waiting for you to comeback with a lot of pleasure

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, décoré avec goût, très bien équipé et idéalement placé, proche des pistes et des commodités, et vue sur les montagnes. Owner's Response: Merci pour votre appréciation Ludovic, La copropriété a entrepris de grands travaux l'été dernier pour donner à ce bâtiment le charme d'un chalet chaleureux et accueillant. Les accès ont effectivement été sécurisés. Les casiers à ski ont triplé de surface. Vous avez pu constater que même une famille nombreuse peut stocker ses skis, snowboards et chaussures dans une même casier. Le local est chauffé et ventilé. Ascenseur tout neuf. Tout le bâtiment a été revu du sol au plafond. Nous-même, propriétaires sommes enchantés par ces travaux mais le sommes encore plus lorsque nos locataires témoignent leur satisfaction après leur séjour. Encore merci pour votre appréciation et votre séjour. A très bientôt avec grand plaisir

Une valeur sûre

Un superbe appartement restauré avec goût dans un thème montagnard très juste, ultra bien équipé et bien placé (pied des pistes, de la boulangerie et des restaurants, à 2 pas des commerces). Un propriétaire avenant, sympathique et disponible. Tout est réuni pour des vacances parfaites ! A recommandé sans hésitation. Nous y reviendrons, c'est sûr.
