A perfect villa!

We have stayed in quite a few properties, in many countries, but this one was quite possibly the best. The house was so clean, presented immaculately, and contained everything we could need. The outside area, including the pool, was just a delight to relax in. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to the lovely town of Barjac, and within easy driving distance of the Ardeche's popular attractions. Richard, the host, was very efficient and helpful in the booking process. Once we arrived, he was so friendly, and nothing appeared too much trouble (especially trying to communicate with me as I didn't speak much French!). We loved the Ardeche, and hope to return, and we would have no hesitation in booking this property again!

Comfortable and Relaxing!!

A well presented and comfortable house. Perfect for families with small children or animals as the property is totally enclosed with easily accessible walks in the beautiful countryside. The covered sitting area next to the pool is perfect for relaxing and keeping a watchful eye out for the children. Richard was the perfect host keeping me well informed at every stage of the booking process and making sure that our arrival went smoothly. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Une maison bien présenté et confortable. Parfait pour les familles avec de petits enfants ou des animaux comme la propriété est totalement fermé avec des promenades facilement accessibles dans la belle campagne. Le salon couverte à côté de la piscine est parfaite pour se détendre et de garder un œil vigilant pour les enfants. Richard était un hôte parfait me gardant bien informés à chaque étape du processus de réservation et faire en sorte que notre arrivée est passé sans encombre. Très fortement recommandé.

Eine Traumvilla...

...mit eingezäunten (Hund) Grundstück und nicht einsehbarer Terrasse/Poolanlage. Haus und Küche sind komplett eingerichtet. Kleines Manko: Keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher. Für uns war es kein Problem, da wir mit einem VWBus angereist sind und kein wirkliches Platzproblem haben. Klare Empfehlung 👍, wir kommen wieder.

Das Haus ist noch schöner, als es die Bilder versprechen, der Garten ansprechend und voll eingezäunt mit einem von außen nicht einsehbarem Poolbreich (das Wasser ist natürlich zu dieser Jahreszeit noch zu kalt). Es ist sehr sauber und ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. In der Umgebung lässt sich sehr viel unternehmen (unzählige Grotten, die Flusstäler der Cèze, Ardèche und des Gardon, etc). Wir waren zwei Wochen hier und haben uns nicht gelangweilt.

Sonnige Tage im Herbst

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare, entspannte Wochen. Das Haus ist hell, freundlich und sehr gepflegt. Es bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die ruhige Lage und der schöne Pool sind ein zusätzliches Plus. Richard Masseguin ist ein überaus freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
