"Excellent apartment! My husband and I, along with our two children (10 and 12) stayed for 9 nights in this lovely apartment. We were very comfortable; there is lots of storage. Both beds are very large for European beds. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and the refrigerator space is ample.
The location is very central to everything you''d want to see in Bologna, located under one of the many, many porticos in the city, and is about a 20 -30 minute walk from the train station. (There is a bus from nearby Piazza Aldrovandi, but we opted to walk off all our calories instead of taking the bus!) The apt. is very safe. There are two locked gates before you even get to the apt. door, and there is a deadbolt on the door, not that we felt unsafe in Bologna at any time.
Samantha is super nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment!!"

Bologna is a city of extraordinary sociability and vitality. The streets of the historical city center sparkle with life at any time of day and until late at night.
In the charming streets close to Piazza Maggiore, where the lively and picturesque old market (Mercato di Mezzo) winds through the shops of typical products, a must is an aperitif either in an old osteria (tavern) or, after a walk through the luxurious shops, in a trendy venue.
The evening range of proposals is extraordinarily rich and goes from the many places with live music to the simple but refined osterie (taverns) open until late at night. And then the prestigious theaters, the several cinemas, discos and, during summer, the whole town which turns into a lively open-air stage.
