Great location and very easy access to the slopes
Nice mountain views
Nicely refurbished and decorated
Clean and well equipped
Good storage space in the boot room
Complimentary bread, crossiant and coffee was delivered on the first morning, this was a nice touch.
Although the apartment was nicely refurbished and offered maximum storage space, the apartment is small and tightly packed. The height of two of the bedrooms were only 180cm, we didn't know this until after we booked, so my husband who is 6ft tall was unable to stand up.
We were a young family of 4 and at times we felt we were on top of each other. Although this can sleep up to 6, I personally wouldn't recommend it for more than 4 people.
The beds were uncomfortable, we were unable to sleep in the master bedroom as the mattress needs replacing, it collapses and you end up rolling into the middle. We are not exactly heavy people either. Master bedroom was cold, as one of the windows was single glazed, although there is a heater in the room which is needed. Therefore we moved to sleep into the smaller double bedroom, although this mattress was slightly better, it too could do with being upgraded.
I think the price of the apartment is too high for the size and quality of the beds, even paying the premium for the peak period and good location.
Although it lists Towels and Linen provided, you actually have to rent this yourself at an additional cost from the management agency. You also need to bring or rent some essentials such as toilet paper, and for the price we paid perhaps these small basic essentials could be included. You also need to be aware you need to leave a large damage deposit with the agency. We were only given 1 key which was a bit of a nuisance, they did offer me another key on the last day when they came around but it was not needed as we were leaving in the morning.
The 3 star reflects the high price, size and unable to sleep well due to uncomfortable beds. However overall we had a pleasant stay, and benefited from the location for the ski school as we had small children.
A recommander !
Merci !
