This is a duplex apartment completely renovated in a very typical Touquettoise villa.
The living room and dining room are facing south.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 balconies, 2 showers and 2 toilets.
Three bedrooms each have a double bed (one with a bed 160 cm so 63'' and two with a bed of 140 cm so 55''), and one bedroom has two bunk beds of 90 cm so 35,5''.
All the frames have been replaced (double glazing), as well as the boiler (gas central heating).
You also benefit from additional space on the ground floor for your strollers, bicycles, golf cart,...

Excellent séjour

Bien que la superficie ne soit pas énorme, l'agencement très fonctionnel des espaces fait oublier ce point. Les couleurs claires rendent cet endroit très lumineux et donc agréable à vivre. L'endroit est très calme et permet de passer d'excellentes nuits même fenêtres ouvertes. La plage est proche de même que les rues commerciales. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour d'autant que nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'un temps généralement ensoleillé sans chaleur excessive.

Great location

Lovely welcome and considerate hosts. Very convenient for town and beach (2 parasols provided). Well equipped. Stairs a bit challenging and charge for linen a bit pricey.

Tolle Urlaubserfahrung!

Das Haus ist wie angegeben eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Es liegt angenehm zentral aber in einer Nebenstraße, sodass es schön leise ist (Aufenthalt: Anfang Juli). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und in unserer Woche dort quasi gar nicht unser Auto benutzt, weil alles fußläufig zu erreichen war (Strand, Geschäfte...). Der Gastgeber ist total nett und hilfsbereit und wir können das Objekt jedem weiterempfehlen!
