Great apartment with pool
We were a family of 4 staying at this great villa with pool in August. A few miscommunications in the beginning, mostly our fault, but quickly ironed out. We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was really good and loved being able to sit outside and have breakfast and dinner privately. The pizza van parked 2 mins walk away was really good. Close to beach but also close to getting up to St Paul de Vence which we love as well. We are looking to return next year.
We are very happy that you the house was perfect for you and that you spent a nice stay.

An Absolutely Lovely house in a great area.
After viewing this house on the web site the modern decor caught i eye
as this looks like Malibu Beach house.
When we arrived it was every thing we had anticipated and more,this is an absolutely lovely house to have spent our long awaited vacation in.
The house is so convenient for,Antibes ,Nice and Monaco, even St Tropez.
One of the biggest Hyper Markets is just up the road.
I and my family have rented properties all over the world and we always pride ourselves on choosing well when we rent and this was a good one to have picked.
Patrick the owner and his agent made us so welcome that, we are now contemplating a return next year, that's how good it is.

Great Vacation in a great location !
A lovely comfortable house equipped with everything you need to have a great holiday, a home from home. It is so peaceful and quiet - the ideal place to get away from it all and relax.
We enjoyed the heated pool as well as the striking distance to different destinations. There are so many great places to visit, just a few minutes by car away.

Super pour des vacances en famille !
Nous avons loué une des maisons de cette annonce et nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Elle est toute équipée et confortable, nous n'avons pas pu profité de la belle terrasse et de la piscine car le soleil n'était pas au rendez-vous mais on est allé au parc Phoenix et au musée de Monaco, etc En été, ça doit être encore mieux ! Je la recommande !

Un havre de paix
Accueil charmant, très professionnel.
Belle surprise en se réveillant, le soleil était au rendez-vous et du balcon de la chambre une jolie vue nous attendait. La maison est très bien équipée, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Tout est conforme au descriptif et le calme de la résidence est très appréciable.
Séjour ressourçant. Beaucoup d'endroits à découvrir. Avons même pu assister à une réunion hippiques en semi- nocturne, génial !

Close to Antibes: 5 km away Cannes: 8 km Sea: 5 km away Shops: 1 km away City centre: 5 km away The residence has an ideal location (149, André Breton Boulevard) near the Semboules district with its small corner shops (Provencal market, pharmacy, post office, etc.) 3 km away from the shopping centre of Carrefour Antibes, 2.5 km away from the Antibes bowling and its restaurant, 4.5 km away from the Marineland park and its theme park. The Golfe-Juan, Juan les Pins and Antibes beaches are within a radius of 5km.
