House purchased in 2006 as a holiday home. The property met all own requirements especially with regard to character and outdoor space. The town of Sérignan is perfectly located, close to beaches,vinyards, historical sites and with ready access to transport links, road, rail and air.

What makes this house unique

The 4 roof terraces and the large size of the property (which allows family and friends to visit without overcrowding) are the best features.

The character of the house and Sérignan itself are very attractive as is the accessible location close to all amenities and year round activities.

Very nice house

We spent 2 weeks in this house which suited us very well.

There were 7 of us for one week and the house accommodated us all well. The house is situated beautifully in a quiet street in the center of Serignan and is only a couple minutes walk from all of the amenities. Serignan is a great village and within easy reach of nice beach as well as everything else the region has to offer. The bicycles were great and we cycled daily to and from Serignan beach. A wonderful house in a wonderful location.

A well proportioned charismatic French property with excellent accomodation and sun terraces .

Plenty of room for 4 adults to live comfortably with room to spare.

The accommodation was well furnished and the house provided an excellent base from which to explore the delightful surrounding areas.

The town of Serignan had good restaurants and coffee stops together with shops for everyday needs. We all much enjoyed our stay.

Great position, near to shops and short drive to beach. Lots of space inside and out.

We loved the position of the house, as we could pop out to shops and the market. The beach is only 15 mins by car or 20 by bus and Serignan itself has everything you need. The house has lots of space inside and out but the décor is a little outdated. However, everything is functional and we were pleased to be able to barbecue on the roof terrace and use the washing machine. The outside spaces were a bit dirty on our arrival, a quick sweep up and wash down would make all the difference.

Owner's Response: Hi Sarah, great to hear you had a glorious time in Sérignan, enjoyed the house and it's location and the amount of space inside and out. You will appreciate the challenges on changeover day of a house of this size (the 5 hours available between departure and arrival of guests) laundering of towels, bed linen, cleaning of bathrooms, toilet, kitchen and BBQ etc. Occasionally the sweeping and washing down of all of the terraces is not fully completed and our apologies that this has occurred in your instance. Well located and equipped house in pleasant market town.

Very well located house, quiet but central in untouristy market town just a few mins walk from shops and restaurants. Only 15 mins drive from beziers airport and house is well equipped, even two bikes and helmets provided, with both shady and sunny outside terraces.

Lovely house in Serignan

Rue Michelet was well equipped for our stay. All the rooms were spacious and the terraces were a fabulous bonus. The town of Serignan was lovely with local shops - especially the boulangerie - restaurants and markets nearby. Can't wait to return.

A lovely house in a great wee French town

Our stay was for one week during our October break. Having visited the area before we knew that Sérignan was the perfect place for us. The town is lively with markets and all the facilities you need. It is very well-placed for visiting beaches, towns and villages throughout the area. Pézenas, Sète and Marseillan are well worth the trip.

The accommodation is a traditional, well-maintained house with lots of space and fabulous outdoor terraces. The property description is accurate and every aspect of our stay was catered for with informative and helpful advice - with a welcoming bottle of wine as an arrival treat too! The owners were very quick to respond to any queries. We would certainly recommend this property!
