|Minimum Stay||1 - 7 nights|
Only 30mt far from the sea, surrounded by the nature and the quiet, the appartments on the floor have got their own gardens , and the one on the first floor have got a terrace or a loggia that look on the private gardens. The appartments are all equiped. The building is from 1600,one of the oldest one in Levanto that's why the appartments on the ground floor have got wonderfull arcade. Being so near from the beach and all the things you need they are offering you the best way to have wonderfull hollidays, without using the car, by feet you can have all the things you want around.
The location of the apartment was great , right in the town so everything was within walking distance , shops , restaurant , beach , biking /running path along the coast . You can't see the sea from the apartment but it takes 2mins to walk to the beach . It was a little noisy early in the evening but was fine for sleeping .We were glad we stayed in Levanto rather than one of the Cinque Terre villages which were very busy , Levanto has its own charm and the restaurants were very good . It was easy to reach the villages by train or bus but its highly recommended to do the walks which were wonderful . The apartment was clean and spacious enough although the kitchen was small and it would have been nice to have some basic cleaning items . We had to make up the beds ourselves . Parking is extra and not directly near the apartment . I would stay there if in Levanto again
This is a wonderful apartment. Central location, plenty of space and very comfortable.
Great location! Located in a pedestrian zone and only 1 minute from beach and about a 10 min easy walk from train station. Tons of gelato and restaurants right there. We were 4 adults and 2 teenagers and we were very comfortable in the apartment. The queen bed with balcony overlooking green courtyard was very nice. Enjoyed my wine and coffee there. Very peaceful. It was also nice to open front windows and watch people walking by and listen to music from nearby. We took a bike ride from Levanto to Framura and did the hike from Levanto to Monterrosso which I highly recommend. Watched sunsets on the beach which were amazing. Wonderful stay and would stay here again. Paolo met us at the train station in time and his apartment will not disappoint you. So glad to have stayed in Levanto instead of one of the Cinque Terre-less crowded and much more enjoyable. Stay at Churchill apartment..you will love it.
Paolo is a wonderful human being! He met us at the train station and guided our taxi to the flat. Unfortunately the original apartment we had
been accepted to , we found out was "overbooked" so Paolo offered us a similar flat for the same price. It was basic, but adequate. No AC, and it does get very hot and humid in Levanto in early Sept. Kitchen poorly equipped, no dish soap, although Paolo went out to purchase some on our request. No Wifi. No screens on the windows, and a bat flew into the second floor flat, fortunately it flew out as well, and did not cause harm. There is a lot of street noise, so ear plugs and eye covers were a must. It is in a great location, and near a very nice cafe that did have wifi.
Paolo was very kind, and when we tried to call a taxi to take us to the train station (ten minute ride away) and there was no answer, Paolo came through and was kind enough to drive us to the station. We would stay at another VRBO with Paolo Zoppi again, but NOT this particular flat which was a "back up" because the original was overbooked.
We were met by Paolo at the train station on his motorcycle! He led the way to the apartment and even put my suitcase on his bike so I didn't have to roll it down the hill! We are a family of 5 and the apartment was a little small, but comfortable. The apartment was clean and everything was in good working order! Levanto is beautiful and we were glad we stayed there. With three teens, it was perfect as it has quite the lively nightlife. If you have small children, be aware that the apartment is not quiet. It is pretty much right in the town square...perfect for us, but maybe too noisy for those with smaller children. The beach is beautiful, but be aware that the rocks on the beach can be quite painful! If we had an extra day, we would have paid for a spot at the private beach. The beach was much smoother there. I highly recommend taking a private boat tour of the Cinque Terre area. It was amazing! We got to stop in a few places to snorkel and swim that you can't get to by foot! We loved it there and Paolo was the perfect host!
Great location, everything one needs is just a a short walk away. Store ,bank beach..etc....
Like I said, it was a really great location, the walk was nice wherever we were going.Charming park in the square, nice beach area, some open and some pay with a chair, shade..worth it..Good eats in the town, for sure and nice small special markets.
Paolo was helpful, made pick up arraignments, he is a kick!! He is the man!!! Hehahahah!!! Gave us advice too.
Apt. Was neat and ready for us, we were 3, u could do 4, but that is it. The negative was there was no kitchen essential items, like SnP, oil, tea kettle to boil water, tea ,coffee, paper towels, extra toilet paper. We got what we needed when we went shopping.The noise on the street side can be loud in the evening, I wore ear plugs, worked for me! Good priceing...
All in all, I would so stay there again!! We were there for 5 days,June5-10 2016
Thank you Paolo!! Ciao.
