ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF NICE / MONT BORON / LOW Corniche -

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful districts of Nice, in a luxury residence with secure underground parking, 2 private pools (adults and small children) and community garden.

Easy access and close to all amenities, the port (10 minutes walk) from the old town (15 minutes walk) with its friendly shops and restaurants, supermarkets (10 'walk Intermarché and Carrefour) and from the sea (500m), at 1St floor of a building with 4 floors garage and 4 floors of apartments, so it's actually ... the 5th floor, offering panoramic views of the sea, the Bay of Angels, the Port, the old castle of Nice and the city!

Access to the sea is fast (10 minutes walk), with small green and flowering streets.

The interior, comfortable, has been completely refurbished

(June 2012).

The apartment is rented furnished and fully equipped, with secure private parking and utilities included (water, electricity, air conditioning or heating depending on the season)

To get to the apartment from the airport:

- From the airport by bus:

take bus 98 or 99 (depending on the terminal your plane) to the "bus station" in the old town, where you can take 2 buses to the apartment: line 81 (direction St Jean Cap Ferrat) or line 100 (direction Menton / Monaco). Get off at the bus stop SAINT AIGNAN, about 800m after the port. Allow 30 to 45 minutes, depending on whether you get a bus directly to check-in or must wait until the next.dropoff Window

- From the airport by taxi:

a taxi to / from the airport costs € 30-35 (depending on the number of luggage and travel time) and lasts 20-30 minutes, depending on the time and circulation.

To discover Nice and / or travel without car:

- From the bus stop SAINT AIGNAN, facing the apartment, lines 81 and 100 will take you to the Old Town in 5 minutes (a bus every 15-20 minutes).dropoff Window

- If you like walking: allow 10 minutes to get to the port (Vieux Port) and 15 minutes to Piazza Garibaldi, the start of the city center and old town where you will find many shops (crafts, souvenirs, clothing, luxury. ..), tapas bars and small restaurants very friendly.

Place Garibaldi, there is also the tram 'that connects the most important places in Nice (shopping, cultural, tourist spots, railway and bus stations, cinemas ...), the supermarket' Monoprix 'and movies' Mercury' (nearest 15 minutes walk).

The nearest supermarkets:

- 'Intermarché' on to the port at the apartment (Boulevard Lech Walesa) or 'Carrefour' a 10-minute walk (850m) above the Boulevard Carnot (direction Villefranche)

- Both are open from 8:30 to 8:30 p.m., with free delivery in the apartment for any purchase over 75 € (also possibility of internet ordering).

For people who have a car: Beware the garage height is 198 cm (if you have a trunk roof, consider disassemble before entering the garage!)

This is a well-equipped and well situated one bedroom apartment for exploring Nice and its environs.

The strongest recommendation we can give is that this was our second stay in the apartment and we hope to return again.

The apartment was clean, recently renovated and everything was in perfect working order. The balcony provides lovely views of the port of Nice. The port is about 15 minutes’ walk away and has bars, restaurants and shops but the apartment is on a hillside. We would typically walk down to the port but at the end of the day being lazy take the bus back (3 bus stops). There is a large Carrefour supermarket at the top of the hill (about 2 bus stops, but ok to walk) to pick up groceries.

The 81 and 100 tourist bus serve the Saint Aignan stop which is across the road from the apartment. This makes it a good place to explore Monaco, Menton, Villefranche Sur Mer, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu Sur Mer and Eze.

Also, the apartment has its own pool, which seemed to be rarely busy.

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très bien et moderne. Les équipements de la cuisine sont fonctionnels (plaque induction, four + MO, grand frigo et congélateur...). On a passé d'agréables repas sur la terrasse avec une vue à souper le souffle. Il y a une grande bâche qui protège du soleil l'après midi, ce qui fait qu'on est bien sur la terrasse pour bouquiner.

La salle de bain est très propre. La douche à l'italienne est un véritable plaisir. L'eau est toujours chaude (pas cumulus).

On dort très bien dans la chambre ou le canapé lit dont le matelas est très confortable. La penderie de la chambre permet de ranger beaucoup d'affaires.

La résidence est en retrait de la route et on entend pas les voitures la nuit. On dort vitres fermées en ayant préalablement climatisé l'appartement.

La piscine est un plus appréciable. Elle est au soleil à partir de midi. L'eau y était un peu fraîche au début, mais une fois dedans, difficile d'en sortir.

La résidence est à proximité de la ville. Je conseille toutefois d'avoir une voiture (surtout qu'il y a un parking) car les bus de la ville sont peu fiable sur les horaires (aucun bus le soir) et il faut compter 10 bonnes minutes à pied pour rejoindre le port de Nice et le trottoir n'existe pas toujours.

TOPLIGGING AAN DE COTE D'AZUR

Voor wie van de Côte d'Azur houd of wie deze regio wil ontdekken is deze locatie een topligging. Je hebt er alle comfort die je op een vakantie nodig hebt en je geniet er van een buitengewoon uitzicht.

De baai van Nice, het bergachtige binnenland,de haven en de zee zijn adembenemend bij zonsondergang ! Vanwege zijn gunstige ligging zijn zowel de stad, het strand ,winkels en zoveel meer zeer dicht bij .

Niet onbelangrijk... de ontvangst van de Conciërge is zeer hartelijk en aimabel.

Une location ideale

Une location ideale pour un sejour a 2-3 personnes: vue superbe, bonne exposition, garage privatif avec ascensseurs, une grande terrasse et une piscine privee de taille confortable, toutes les commodities et services en etat quasi neuf dans l'appartement, bonne literie, bonne isolation sonore la nuit, bus a proximite. Que demander de plus ?

Le beau temps dont on a profite toute la semaine et la multitude de points d'interet a visiter dans et autour de Nice.

superbes vacances

parfait, tout était parfait ! Appartement (situé à 15 min du centre à pieds) très propre, moderne, vue du balcon magnifique. Période idéale pour visiter sans trop de monde.

Avons passé un séjour magnifique.
