Fabulous luxury 2 bedroom self-catering penthouse apartment with wi-fi, English TV and air conditioning. Ideal for families, golfers or a romantic holiday getaway. There is a balcony along with your own private 60 M2 roof terrace (solarium) with beautiful views of the Mar Menor and the La Manga Strip. You can also see the mountains. Approximately 350m (5 min walk) from the beach, marina and shops. A 20 minute walk will bring you to a lovely picturesque village of Los Belones which has national and international restaurants at very reasonable prices. There is also an internet cafe. The famous La Manga Club is approximately 5 minutes by car and this offers championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities and also a good selection of bars and restaurants. The La Manga strip is also about a 5 minute drive away where there are many shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment.

There is also a communal pool which is situated in the centre of the complex.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. However, you can smoke on the balcony.

Notes:
The apartment has a balcony which allows you to enjoy outside space, but the best feature is the large private roof solarium with excellent views of the Mar Menor and Mountains and also offers a huge space for eating, drinking and sunbathing. The communal pool is situated in the centre of the complex. The penthouse is approx. 300m (5 min walk) from the beach where there is also the marina, shops and beach bars/restaurants. The La Manga Club is approx. 5 min by car and this offers championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities and a very good selection of bars and restaurants. The La Manga strip is also approx. 5 min drive away is a busy area which also has a large selection of shops, hotels, bars and night life. A 20 minute walk will bring you to a lovely picturesque village of Los Belones which has national and international restaurants at very reasonable prices.

Comfortable, quiet, and private accommodation

Having used this apartment many times, we obviously like it! Everything you would need for a comfortable stay - just add your own wine. The balcony get full sun in the mornings, and the roof solarium is private and you have the sun all day. Off-peak, there is hardly a soul on the beach through the week, although of course busier at weekends. There is ample choice of restaurants and bars around the area, particularly Los Belones, Cab De Palos, and Los Alcazares.

Fabulous apartment and fabulous holiday

We had a fantastic holiday and loved the apartment. We had everything we needed for the holiday. Was really clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable. Was so nice sitting out on the balcony in the morning and evenings. We used the sun loungers on the roof and the roof was a great place to catch some sun rays. Great location as swimming pool just downstairs from the apartment and beach/shop in walking distance.

Would definitely go back and would also recommend to friends and family.

lovely, roomy, well furnished apartment. Rooftop solarium adds to the size, and adds privacy also. The area is perfect for a nice quiet, conventional Spanish holiday.

apartamento muy agradable y bonito

hemos pasado una semana muy agradable en este apartamento. Tiene una decoración bonita y está muy bien equipado. Ademas muy limpio y el entorno de la urbanización estaba perfecto con vecinos agradables, la piscina, y cerca de la playa y del supermercado.

No tenemos el conocer Marian y Chris (los propietarios) pero hemos tenido intercambios por mail simpáticos.

Mar de Cristal is located on the Mar Menor and has 320 days of sunshine. It has approximately 42 kilometres of beaches and caters for almost all water sports. It is called the largest natural leisure pool in the world. There is a nature reserve only 5 minutes drive away. Twenty minutes drive brings you to Murcia Airport which can be reached from 19 regional airports in the UK, Ireland and also many European airports.

There are activities to suit all ages and these include horse riding, go-kart, tennis, golfing and a vast range of water sports including sailing schools, snorkelling, canoeing, water and jet skiing and much more.

There are various markets in the neighbouring villages which sell a good selection of fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, clothing, belts and footwear, household goods and lots more.

The La Manga Club is approx. 5 min. drive which offers championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa, facilities and many other activities and facilities.
