NON-STOP SHOPPING MALL or many small street stores(vegetable, fruit, bakery etc.) There are many typical friendly local PUBS in a boulevard behind the corner.
If you want to relax, there are many PARKS in this area(one in our street).
Also, you can spend a wonderful evening in the near VINEYARD with glass of wine and beautiful view. SPORT CENTRUM with ice-arena, swimming pool, gym etc.
The apartment itself is an average one. Nevertheless due to the owner we are extremely fond of staying just there. As for the equipment, you have all you are promised to find. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to reach the most important places in Prague by bus or tramway. Mini-markets, Tesco - express, groceries, 5 or 6 bars and restaurants within a few hundred meters. The owner have bothered to elaborate maps with proposed sightseeing itineraries and they are really useful. One of the maps shows all the important points of practical interest in the area. And it proved to be useful, too.
"We were staying in the apartment for three nights and everything was very well. The apartment is clean and comfortable - the room is large and the kitchen also is large. Very friendly owner - Ondrej. He helped us a lot by providing all the necessary information about transport and city, also has given us a map! He is a very good man. Apartment is situated close to the center of the city - 25 minutes by walk to New City or 10 minutes by tram (tram stop is situated close to the apartment). The street is quiet and nothing can disturb your sleep. Supermarket is nearby. So, we are very satisfied with our stay at this apartment."

"We were expecting a good deal and it really was! The tramway brings you to the city center within 10 minutes, the neighbouroud is really quiet, but still, alive, and most of all, the apartment was really practical, comfortable, and clean, well equiped. A nice play to rest after a long day visiting Prague! We especially appreciated that it was good value for money. +: a sympathetic and helpful owner ++: a very cool pub down the road!"
Séjour en 2014. Très bel appartement, propre.
Ondrej est très sympathique et serviable.
Je recommande cet appartement, si je reviens à Prague c'est sans hésiter que je reviendrai chez lui.
We stayed at the apartment for a few nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment in general but also the kitchen is quite big so that it is fun to cook. The location is great it is very good connected to busses and trams so it is easy to get around. Also there are good restaurants nearby. All in all we had a great time, also because of lots of help from Ondrej who was always helpful and gave good advice on what to do and where to go in Prague.
