This stunning two bedroom second floor luxury apartment is situated in the exclusive and secure Palm Village private complex, in the middle of the Vilamoura Resort, just 25 minutes drive from Faro Airport.The apartment also benefits from a large living room, well appointed kitchen and two bathrooms, has been tastefully furnished to the highest specification, offering stylish accommodation with all mod cons.Conveniently located for golfers and families, it is just 15 minutes walk from the beach, the town centre, marina and shops.  The apartment is on the doorstep of the Millennium, Laguna and Victoria 18 hole championship golf courses, and enjoys views of the Laguna golf course with a glimpse of the Atlantic. It benefits from a large west facing terraced balcony, which is totally childproof with built-in barbeque for al fresco dining.  A key feature is the superb swimming pool which is surrounded by landscaped peaceful gardens. Our apartment is one of the best located apartments at Palm Beach, with a lovely vista across the golf course in a quiet spot with both South and West facing balconies. Just love to sit on the balcony in the evening with a glass in hand watching the sun go down.

What makes this apartment unique

The view, the quiet location, yet near enough to walk to the beach and Marina .. specification with marble worktops and bathrooms, to me it is home from home with all the comforts and a better kitchen plus the glorious sunshine. The whole complex is also extremely safe and secure and I am equally happy being there on my own or with the family.

The apartment is conveniently located in a semi-rural part of Vilamoura just off Avenida da Praia da Falesia - the road which leads to Falasia Beach which is the largest sandy beach in the Algarve. The property is ideally located for both families and golfers and provides a tranquil setting yet is within easy reach of the Marina and town centre. The apartment is part of an exclusive small complex which is totally secure and safe.

A security deposit of £100 will be required which is returnable following an inspection by our agent.  Supplements are charged for more than two guests renting the property of £10 per person in respect of cleaning and laundry charges.  Air conditioning is an optional extra at £30 per week. The rental includes a weekly cleaning and linen service and fresh linen and towels are provided in the second week for guests staying two weeks. Guests are requested to bring their own towels for the beach.

A supplement will be payable for Christmas and Easter Week of an extra £25 for the week
Longer term rentals by special arrangement from one month, six months and twelve months.
