Come see the mystical and legendary land of Britany in this authentic granite manor from the 17th century.
The house invites to convivial tables, cozy evenings by the fireplace, BBQ in the shade of the fig tree on the furnished terrace facing south. The large garden of 3000 m² offers a pleasant and out of touch place to be. Enjoy with family or friends a welcoming estate full of authenticity.
The six bedrooms of the house with their own desk and storage provide you a place of your own, four of the bathrooms are private, and one is shared.
Moreover, the house is furnished for your comfort: functional and equipped kitchen, washing machines, the living room is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi.
From this place you will enjoy the beauty of the country of Abers, the small lagoon of the Penful beach (only ten minutes’ walk away), strolls on the coast or in land. (Standing Stone, Dolmen and chapels are waiting for you) and also many other activities.
In short:
Main house available on a common yard with an annex accommodation (excluded to the rent)

Living room, dining room and a large kitchen
Large fireplace and ancient staircase in granite stone

We are3 cousins, Agathe, Pauline and Romain, 2nd generationo the familly spending all our childhood's vacasions in the house bought and renoved by our grand father, architect.
Pauline Santi purchased this chateau / country house in 1960
The estate and the country is so precious to our eyes that we are delighted today to show it to you.
Some simple delights from Kerriou: Have a fresh mint tea by the fireplace, cook together in the large kitchen, gather every one for dinner, see the kids playing to knight and princess in the manor turret, have a coffee in the shade of the fig-tree, walk back from the beach singing along after a sunny beach day, go for a walk after a rain to fetch snails, mushrooms or shells , discover new landscape of the sea every day, bike and picnic to the standing stone, dolmen, and chapels .
Very beautiful and well arranged house. Very generous in all ways (except of the doorways...) with big rooms, many bathrooms, good beds, a big functioning kitchen, a great fireplace and an enormous garden. Nice and easy going landlords.
We spent our vacation with family and friends in this wonderful old manor with a large garden. The kitchen is functional, has some charm and is very well equipped. The bedrooms with wooden floors are spacy. The bathrooms are narrow (in particular the douche cabins), however one bathroom had more space in the douche and would also be accessible for disabled persons. The living room became our centre of in house activities like eating, playing, reading or discussions and turned out to be very well furnished for these purposes. Indeed, the doors are not high. However, after some days we got accustomed to the pain of beating the heads ;-). Outdoor is a terrace and the garden with wide lawn, offering sunny and shadily spots.
What stays in mind is a charming house with a great staircase, a warm atmosphere including open fireplace and the garden with many flowers in blossom, wide lawn, apple trees, peach tree and fig trees.
The house was clean and in a good shape.
It is located in a nice small village with bakery in walking distance. Once per week there is market with high quality food. Several beaches can be reached in less than 15 min walking. Children and adults enjoyed some lessons in surfing. The coastline offers spectacular walks.
Thanks to the family, in particular Agathe and Pauline, for the support and the warm welcome.
Regarding recommendation: We loved the house and therefore recommend it, however we also highlight the fact that in order to love the manor you need to accept some compromises (take care of your head, plenty of stairs, narrow douches).
We spent our summer holiday with family and friends in this wonderful old manoir, which has a large garden. We loved the house because of its special charme, though it is not perfect. The kitchen is functional, well equipped with everything you might need, the bedrooms with wooden floors are spacy and charming and the bathes relativel small with narrow douches. After a short period we got accustomed to beat our heads at the doors, which are not really high. The house was clean and in a good shape. What stays in mind is a lovely house built from granit with a spectacular staircase, warm atmosphere (open fireplace), flowerful garden with trees with apples, peaches and figs and a nice terasse.
The house is located in a nice and quiet village with a bakery in walking distance and some nice beaches in less than 15 min walking distance. Once per week we enjoyed the market to buy fresh food in high quality. Walking along the coastline is spectacular! Both, children and adults, had fun with surfing.
Thanks to the family, in particular Agathe and Pauline, for good organization and the warm welcome.
