Extras:

Pet Fees: $30 for the duration of the stay. We reserve the right to refuse a booking if a particular breed sheds too much. We do ask to put a provided sheet up on the bed and couch if you think that will help out. We want to make sure that the next guest has no dog hairs to worry about. The back yard is fenced in.

NOTE: We do have two dogs. One is 3 and very well behaved. We have Nikki that is 6 months.

She is full of it! They get up to go out around 7ish and go out back for their potty break. A recent review left us wanting to post this. She pulls on him and wrestles with him on their way back through the entry area and the kitchen floor before getting breakfast. This results in some pounding sounds on the floor and maybe her growling towards Tucker. Hey, I don't like getting up and letting them out each morning. Please let us know if this is annoying or if we need to get you some ear plugs for in the mornings. Hopefully, after she matures this will taper off.

Cleaning fee: $35

Guest Fee: $20 per guest per night. This is outside of family members only.

Note: We have updated some wall pictures and added a 5ft. wall mirror to the right side of dresser.

Email us with questions so we can get you started!

Very quaint and clean

  • 5 of 5

I stayed here with my two teens. My daughter and I slept in the bed and my son on the pull-out futon. This is a great location (about a $8.50 Uber ride to downtown). Very cute neighborhood with a Whole Foods and Starbucks about two minutes away by car. I didn't bring my dog this trip, but they have a whole setup for your pets. The basement unit seems recently renovated and is very clean. They also have a washer and dryer adjoining the bathroom.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the kind review. The recent renovation was 3 years ago. We try to add some nice touches along the way. We change out things as we come across them. Recently the wall mirror and sofa lamp. Also we take pride in it and keep it clean as possible.

Good deal in a good neighborhood

  • 4 of 5

This built-out basement space was very nice, and felt private. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the owner was easily reachable via text. I would definitely stay here again.

Only downside was the dogs running overhead in the morning as they were getting ready to go, or return from, their morning walk. It wasn't incredibly loud or prolonged, but definitely enough to wake you up, if you're still sleeping at 8:30. Nothing for anyone to do about it, just good to know ahead of time.

Owner's Response: We apologize and I will put a Note: on the website. Nikki is only 6 months old and chases Tucker around wherever he goes. They normally are up at 7 - 7:30. Hey, I don't like waking up with them daily either! Also, since the house age is rather old the insulation that we tried to put in during the remodel didn't dampen the sound enough for everybody. Sorry about this. Regards, Art, Bettina, Tucker, and Nikki
