Cosy cottage, with everything you could need. So peaceful and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Cosy, quiet, and only a mile from the pub, ideal.
Thanks Geoff, glad you enjoyed your stay, the pub being close is a definite bonus as you say !
Great away stay
Super little cottage in a secluded yet accessible location, good for walking and cycling, our little cocker spaniel enjoyed the secure garden and nearby forest. Hope to come again soon.
A Lovely Place
A secluded and beautiful cottage, well-maintained and appointed with a conscientious and pleasant proprietor.
Lovely Cottage with lush views.
The owners were lovely, approachable and very knowledgeable. The area was quite, it was nice to be able to sit outside and listen to the wildlife. Would definitely recommend to others.
The only issue we did find was the bed when extremely uncomfortable resulting in waking up in the morning was a bad back and limited mobility.
Apart from that the cottage, owners and overstay were great.
really sorry to hear you didn't sleep very well. We're slighty confused as to why because the beds are always rated as being really comfortable, so I can only apologise.
The beds in our other cottage are slighty firmer, so could suit if you'd like to visit us again,
Steve and Cara.
A perfect spot for our short stay
We were looking for somewhere to stay for a couple of nights with our well behaved dog, so that we could explore the local area. This cottage was perfect for our needs. Steve welcomed us on our arrival and gave us a few tips on where to go. The cottage was well equipped and very clean and now we have had a chance to see a bit of the area, we hope to return and will look to stay at this property again.
Thanks for your great review Scott, hope to see you back again as there's so much more to see and do here.
Steve and Cara
Fantastic walking/cycling area with the Brechfa Forest and several beaches within 25 minutes..Two superb local pubs serving excellent and well priced food,we also have the highly regarded Y Polyn and Wrights Food Emporium close by.
A trip into Llandeilo with its array of shops and cafes and then onto one of our many castles in the area(Carreg Cennen,Kidwelly,Dinefwr)amongst others.Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings, enjoying the views by day and the stars by night.
