Saint-Jean-de-Luz Apartment Rental Photos and Description

Quality services.

Ideal for 2 people, however with 4 beds, bright apartment all day (morning sun side living room and kitchen, the afternoon side room and bathroom).

Located on the 2nd floor of a pretty small residence of 3 floors with elevator, this apartment of 37m2 + terrace is for the SEASONAL rental.

Completely renovated, it is also always perfectly maintained and in great detail.

Terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs) for possible meals or snacks outside. 3 lovely olive-stem were recently installed on the terrace to hide the opposite.

NB: if necessary, for specific bookings by year end, the apartment for vacation rentals and will be decorated for the holidays.

The decoration of the apartment is really neat.

EVERYTHING was specially purchased (NEW) to this property for the sole purpose that benefits are actually quality.

According scrool ad, visits the apartment is so since the entry: - clear entry - separate toilet left - then you enter the living room is bright with a bay window opening on garden terrace - the kitchen is well equipped and has a window - also a separate room with a window - finally separated from the bedroom bathroom with really spacious shower and also a window -

The kitchen is well equipped with granite worktop, induction plate last generation, and of course all the necessary essential kitchen specially purchased for the layout of the apartment.

** Access SECURED GARAGE (closed) possible after booking the garage remote control.

Access to the garage is by lift from the apartment.

The garage is really essential, especially as parking spaces are highly coveted in St Jean-de-Luz, and simply to avoid unnecessary loss of time in vain to find a parking space with parking meter or parking lot Vinci downtown.

Info .: To rent a location in the town center parking Vinci (located under the movie) St Jean de Luz was 80 € / week in 2015.

The car can thus remain safe in the garage, especially since EVERYTHING is very close to the residence and therefore easily reached on foot.

Eg. : Parvis of the Place des Halles (market) is 5 minutes walk via a small pedestrian crossing close to the residence,

the beach of St Jean de Luz, port, thalassotherapy, are about Ciboure

10-15mins walk, obviously depending on the progress of each.

CAVE Access (pantry) can secure PRIVATE: handy to deposit luggage, possible bikes, mountain bikes, strollers, etc.

*** FREE RENT of BEDDING LINEN: sheets, pillow cases, bolster case + bath mat. Changing all linens every weekend during rental fortnight or +.

NB: drawsheets, sub-pillowcases and pillow are changed EVERY change of tenant.

These are already some ideas of visits not to be missed: a description of the coastal path (from St John to Bidart, and from St Jean to Hendaye) for hikers - a little history about St Jean-de -Luz - the popular places to dine in St Jean de Luz and surroundings - etc.

All other tourist information Tourist Offices of St Jean-de-Luz, Ciboure, Guéthary (etc.) are also available to guests on the console in the entrance of the apartment.

Schedules and destinations buses and trains are also available.

*** AVAILABLE Rental of sheets, pillowcases, bolster case and bath mats.

NB: when renting / two weeks or more: sheets, pillow cases, bolster case and bath mats are changed EVERY weekend.

*** For hygiene GUARDS (draw-sheets, pillowcases sub- and sub-bolster case) ARE ACTUALLY CHANGED FOR EACH LOCATION.

*** FREE for each arrival: Basque specialty cool in the refrigerator.

*** READY baby of essential equipment: cot / small bath and high chair.


* for a one week stay, you can rent the following set for 2: 2 bath towels + 4 + 3 towels kitchen towels, for a fee of € 15 / week (all linen is changed every weekend during hire fifteen or more).

Nous ne pouvons que réitérer toutes les excellentes appréciations données depuis de longs mois sur le site abritel... Cet appartement est très soigné et vraiment très très propre. Avons passé deux très bonnes semaines.

Merci à Martine pour toutes ses gentillesses qui nous vont droit au coeur. Nous avons bien sympathisés et reviendrons dès que possible.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement au cours de cet été, pour la deuxième année consécutive. Nous nous sommes tout autant régalés que l’an passé. L’appartement est réellement très propre, bien agencé, pratique, proche de toutes commodités, du centre et de la plage. Il y a de nombreuses choses à faire et à visiter aux alentours ! Martine, la propriétaire est adorable et toujours disponible pour nous ! C'est extrêmement agréable! J'en profite d'ailleurs pour la remercier à nouveau!

Appartement soigné confortable et chaleureux, propreté irréprochable, terrasse ; parking en sous sol clos, centre ville à 5 minutes à pied , commerces et restaurants à proximité ; que demander de plus !!!

Le pays basque est magnifique, l’Espagne est à proximité

Superbe location!!!!

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cet appartement, au mois d’août dernier Tout était parfait : la décoration, l’agencement, la fonctionnalité ; et la propreté, irréprochable. Nous étions réellement très bien situés, à quelques minutes à pied des rues piétonnes du centre de Saint Jean de Luz et de la plage. Nous avons reçu un accueil extrêmement chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire, Martine, qui est réellement soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires. Tout cela nous a permis de profiter au maximum de Saint jean de Luz qui est une ville très animée et des différentes balades aux alentours qui ne manquent pas.

Ideal for 2 people, but nevertheless with 4 beds, the apartment is sunny all day the next morning sunshine kitchen, dining area and living room, the afternoon side room and bathroom ..

With great benefits, it has been completely renovated. EVERYTHING was purchased specifically for this apartment: furniture / decoration / Bedding / appliances / carpets etc., EVERYTHING is NEW (no recovery) and QUALITY.

* Secure garage + large private enclosed pantry, handy to drop away bikes or stroller *

Location of the apartment ideal because at very close (5 minutes max feet) from the city center (market, pedestrian streets, etc), the car remains therefore immune to the garage.

The beach of St Jean de Luz is 10 minutes on foot maxi, like the Ciboure market held every Sunday morning just across the bridge on 'Nivelle' River between St Jean de Luz Ciboure.

500m, lovely walk along La Nivelle overlooking the Rhune and Nivelle Golf. Children can also play safely on a particularly well-equipped playground.


from St Jean de Luz, take the coastal path from both sides of the bay (or about to Hendaye Guéthary) to discover the rugged coastline with beaches and coves, while admiring the chain of mountains nearby This is really beautiful!


* The 'Golf La Nivelle' is located in Ciboure (approximately 1km5) just on the other side of the bridge of La Nivelle between St Jean de Luz Ciboure, thus not far from our apartment. This golf view at least stunning on Rhune, sacred mountain of the Basque Country, which rises to 905m, overlooking the River Nivelle as well as part of St Jean de Luz and Ciboure and ports St Jean-de-Luz.

* Another golf, 'Chantaco Golf Club', located 2km from St. Jean de Luz, direction Ascain.

This golf Chantaco is also located on the banks of the Nivelle, but a little further inland. The sight of this golf course is just as convenient and mainly on the Rhune and the surrounding small Pyrenees.

* The RHUNE:

Do not miss going to the top of the Rhune, or via one of the many trails accessing it (1h30 to 2h rise according to fitness ..) or with an authentic cog railway.

At the top, 360 ° exceptional, both from Spain side as the side France, the Pyrenees and the entire Atlantic coast from San Sebastian to the moors (for good weather, especially in September). Change of scenery, with pleasure to sight flocks of sheep, sheep

Les tarifs : ils concernent une location pour 1 ou 2 pers. L'appartement étant le plus souvent réservé par 1 ou 2 pers., nous ne souhaitons donc pas pénaliser les habitués de cette location. De ce fait, lors d'une réservation concernant une saison "BASSE" : supp. de 50€/semaine par pers. supplémentaire // concernant une saison "MOYENNE / HAUTE / TRES HAUTE" : supp. de 80€/semaine par pers. supplémentaire.
Les taxes de séjour : les taxes en 2014 sont de 0€80 par personne et par nuitée (enfant de moins de 13 ans exemptés de ces taxes)
La caution : de 500€ à confier au propriétaire lors de l'arrivée, en même temps que le solde restant dû.
Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ : à partir de 15h le jour d'arrivée // au plus tard à 10h le jour le jour du départ

A seule fin que tout soit clair de part et d'autre, le contrat habituel ( déjà signés par le propriétaire ) est adressé en 2 exemplaires au futur vacancier. L'un de ces 2 contrats est à renvoyer au propriétaire ( contrat dûment complété et signé par le futur locataire ),
