Apartment rented since 2010, its reservation has always been seriously contracted, for the sole purpose that everything is clear and unambiguous on both sides. To concretize a reservation, the usual contract is sent in 2 copies (1 for the holidaymaker, 1 for the owner). therefore, contact the owner directly, either by email or on his mobile phone.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a pretty small quiet residence of 3 floors with elevator, this apartment (37m2) with terrace is intended for seasonal rental. Secure garage optional, garage accessible by elevator, directly from the apartment.
Completely renovated, the apartment is always perfectly maintained, and in every detail.
Terrace equipped with garden furniture (table and 2 garden chairs) for possible meals or snacks outside // 3 beautiful olive trees have been recently installed on this terrace to hide the opposite and give an atmosphere '' cozy '. Decoration of the apartment really neat, EVERYTHING has been specially bought NEW for this hiring, so that the services are really of quality.
According to the unfolding of the photos of the announcement, the visit of the apartment is therefore from the entrance as if you were there: - open entrance with large fitted cupboard - separate WC on the left - then you access to the living room bright with its bay window opening onto the terrace with trees - the kitchen is well equipped with its marble worktop, and has a window - separate bedroom also with a window - bathroom attached to the bedroom, with a shower spacious, bathroom also with a window.
The kitchen is well equipped: granite worktop, induction plate latest generation (the appropriate maintenance product is provided), and of course all the necessary kitchen especially purchased for the development of the apartment.

Access to the garage is directly by elevator from the apartment. The closed garage is at least essential in St Jean-de-Luz, the parking spaces are very coveted in the city center. Garage all the more essential to avoid a ticket for exceeding time / parking meter, and also to avoid wasting time looking for a parking space (either at a parking meter or at the Vinci city center car park)
For Info: the rental of a parking space in Vinci downtown (located under the cinema) of St Jean-de-Luz was 80 € / week in 2016 in high season.
Your car can therefore stay in the closed garage, since everything is close to the residence, and therefore quickly accessible on foot.
Eg. : the square of Parvis des Halles (the market) is 5 minutes walk along a small pedestrian crossing near the residence,
the beach of St Jean-de-Luz, the port, thalassotherapy, Ciboure are about 10-15 minutes walk (depending on the walk of each, of course).

Nous ne pouvons que réitérer toutes les excellentes appréciations données depuis de longs mois sur le site abritel... Cet appartement est très soigné et vraiment très très propre. Avons passé deux très bonnes semaines.
Merci à Martine pour toutes ses gentillesses qui nous vont droit au coeur. Nous avons bien sympathisés et reviendrons dès que possible.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement au cours de cet été, pour la deuxième année consécutive. Nous nous sommes tout autant régalés que l’an passé. L’appartement est réellement très propre, bien agencé, pratique, proche de toutes commodités, du centre et de la plage. Il y a de nombreuses choses à faire et à visiter aux alentours ! Martine, la propriétaire est adorable et toujours disponible pour nous ! C'est extrêmement agréable! J'en profite d'ailleurs pour la remercier à nouveau!
Appartement soigné confortable et chaleureux, propreté irréprochable, terrasse ; parking en sous sol clos, centre ville à 5 minutes à pied , commerces et restaurants à proximité ; que demander de plus !!!

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cet appartement, au mois d’août dernier Tout était parfait : la décoration, l’agencement, la fonctionnalité ; et la propreté, irréprochable. Nous étions réellement très bien situés, à quelques minutes à pied des rues piétonnes du centre de Saint Jean de Luz et de la plage. Nous avons reçu un accueil extrêmement chaleureux de la part de la propriétaire, Martine, qui est réellement soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires. Tout cela nous a permis de profiter au maximum de Saint jean de Luz qui est une ville très animée et des différentes balades aux alentours qui ne manquent pas.

Location of the apartment ideal because at very close (5 minutes max feet) from the city center (market, pedestrian streets, etc), the car remains therefore immune to the garage.
The beach of St Jean de Luz is 10 minutes on foot maxi, like the Ciboure market held every Sunday morning just across the bridge on 'Nivelle' River between St Jean de Luz Ciboure.
500m, lovely walk along La Nivelle overlooking the Rhune and Nivelle Golf. Children can also play safely on a particularly well-equipped playground.
COAST TRAIL of:
from St Jean de Luz, take the coastal path from both sides of the bay (or about to Hendaye Guéthary) to discover the rugged coastline with beaches and coves, while admiring the chain of mountains nearby This is really beautiful!
GOLF:
* The 'Golf La Nivelle' is located in Ciboure (approximately 1km5) just on the other side of the bridge of La Nivelle between St Jean de Luz Ciboure, thus not far from our apartment. This golf view at least stunning on Rhune, sacred mountain of the Basque Country, which rises to 905m, overlooking the River Nivelle as well as part of St Jean de Luz and Ciboure and ports St Jean-de-Luz.
* Another golf, 'Chantaco Golf Club', located 2km from St. Jean de Luz, direction Ascain.
This golf Chantaco is also located on the banks of the Nivelle, but a little further inland. The sight of this golf course is just as convenient and mainly on the Rhune and the surrounding small Pyrenees.
* The RHUNE:
Do not miss going to the top of the Rhune, or via one of the many trails accessing it (1h30 to 2h rise according to fitness ..) or with an authentic cog railway.
At the top, 360 ° exceptional, both from Spain side as the side France, the Pyrenees and the entire Atlantic coast from San Sebastian to the moors (for good weather, especially in September). Change of scenery, with the pleasure of seeing flocks of sheep, sheep

De ce fait, lors d'une réservation concernant une saison "BASSE" : supp. de 50€/semaine par pers. supplémentaire // concernant une saison "MOYENNE / HAUTE / TRES HAUTE" : supp. de 80€/semaine par pers. supplémentaire.
Les taxes de séjour : les taxes en 2014 sont de 0€80 par personne et par nuitée (enfant de moins de 13 ans exemptés de ces taxes)
La caution : de 500€ à confier au propriétaire lors de l'arrivée, en même temps que le solde restant dû.
