This lovely and very popular 5-bed villa has a great holiday feel and being located in a quite residential area, close to all facilities and to the access to the motorway system, it is the perfect choice for a family holiday or to explore the island.
From the entrance hall, stairs lead to the large very family friendly open-plan living space with large tall windows that bring in plenty of light. The sitting area has comfortable seating, a very large cable TV and air-conditioning.
A 10-seat dining table is found next to the breakfast bar and open-plan fully equipped kitchen that leads to a laundry and opens via French doors to the pool solarium. A guest toilet can be found on this floor.
The high wall surrounding the large pool solarium makes it very private and a veritable suntrap. The large rectangular pool alongside the wide covered veranda with built-in barbecue and outdoor dining becomes the centre point for your leisure time in the villa.
On the lower level is a games room with a billiards table, table football, and floor mats which are ideal for yoga or Pilates practice.
There are two Master Bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, one on the ground floor, ideal for those with mobility restrictions, and one on the first floor. A double bedroom and a further bedroom with a double bed and two single beds (single bed with pull-out single low single bed) share the family bathroom on the first floor. All first-floor bedrooms lead to the balcony that runs along the whole front of the house with views of the mountains and sea - the perfect place for quiet moment.
On the lower ground floor, off the entrance, is a further bedroom with two double beds which use the shower room next door of the games/yoga room. Although the house is shown for a maximum occupancy of 12, by sharing the double beds in this room, the maximum capacity goes up to 14.
The owners of Casa Petronella own and operate the Nau Santa Maria, a replica of Comubus's sailing ship, which offers daily sails along the coast. Guests of Casa Petronella benefit from a 10% discount when tickets are purchased locally via the owner and paid in cash.

Heating is optional and costs 140,00€ per week for 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival.
A supplement of 30,00€ per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC
Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

There is a second gate that can be opened that leads directly to the swimming pool solarium and into the ground floor of the house, ideal for those with mobility difficulties, who can occupy the ground floor bedroom.
