Large one bedroom, one bath cottage surrounded by Vineyards
About Janis Denner
I love Paso Robles both for it's beauty and it's comfortable pace. I purchased the property in 2014 and did an aggressive remodel to the property and the winery's tasting room. I am an active person who enjoys hiking, fitness, golf and WINE!
Janis Denner purchased this Cottage in 2014
Why Janis Denner chose Paso Robles
You will love the location of this cottage and property. It's tucked around a cozy corner in the renowned Willow Creek District of Paso's westside,, yet very close to town, restaurants, bars, and other wineries. It's truly a perfect location if you enjoy being in a stunning vineyard setting, yet want the conveniences a nearby town has to offer.

Thank you Luciano, It was wonderful having you and your wife enjoy our winery property. Please come back again soon.
We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage on Pelletiere Estate. Waking up every morning being surrounded by vineyards was one of the highlights. Janis put a lot of intentionality in the cottage and it had everything we needed. We both left that weekend saying it was the best place we have ever stayed! Not only are you staying in a beautiful cottage on a vineyard but you are steps away from the tasting room where Pelletiere pours their fabulous wines! We can't wait to visit again one day soon.
We cant wait for your return! You were wonderful guests and We're so happy you LOVED your stay!!!
“We loved this vineyard cottage! It is very comfortable, well decorated and cozy. The views and vibe are truly amazing. Don’t miss this one!!”
The views!! The cozy interior!! The location!!!
Beautiful views but a lot of deferred maintenance...
The house is adorable and the property is beautiful. You can walk the vineyard and the views and location can't be beat! When the TV didn't work, on day one of a three day stay, the owner offered for us to use the TV in another home on the property. The problem was it ended up being too cold to walk back and forth so we only used it the one night. We admit we were sorely disappointed not to have a TV to watch the ball drop on NYE. Also upon our arrival we were notified that the fireplace didn't work. A TV and fireplace were two things I looked for when choosing a place to stay. The kitchen faucet dripped constantly. We went to look for sponges, or a dishrag, or something to wash our dishes and found nothing. The heater worked sometimes and the owner provided us floor heaters but there were 28 degree mornings and it was cold. The bathrobes were curled up into balls in the closet in the bathroom so we weren't sure if they were clean or not. The shower head water pressure was so bad we had to wash using the tub and a bucket. If the issues are fixed we would consider staying here again due to the location and views. But as is, we wouldn't come back. We let the owner know of our issues.
gorgeous vineyard weekend
We loved our stay! Our goal was a fall getaway and this was absolutely perfect. The cottage is simple and comfy and right in the middle of a gorgeous vineyard. You open your sliding door and it's right there to enjoy. And as an added bonus, her wines are simply amazing. We'll be back as soon as we can.
Paso Robles is a great town for sightseeing and taking in the countryside. The town is also excellent for foodies and wine lovers. There's are 200+ wineries in Paso Robles and a town full of great restaurants. The ocean is a beautiful 25 minute drive on one road. There are many activities to do in Cambria, or Morro Bay from water sports to art galleries to hiking. Hearst castle is another attraction which is close by.
