The apartments overlook the pool in private secure gardens. Fully furnished with many extras as the owner's homes in Spain.Extras such as Satellite TV (UK) channels. DVD player & CD player, many extras in the kitchens,furnished sunny terraces overlooking the pool. Linen, towels & pool towels are provided for your use during your stay. The location is close to all the well known places, all within easy driving of the apartments. Estepona Port/Town 6-7 klms. drive from the apartments.
Gibraltar 35 min, Marbella Puerto Banus 10 - 20 min, Rhonda is about a 45 min & certainly worth a visit. There are beaches all along the coast, many are drive on, where you could find water sports & bars, restaurants, sunbeds. Local attractions are Selwo animal safari, and Laguna Beach resort, about 2-3 kims drive.
There is a local bowling green at Benavista and also Los Arcos play area an club for your children.Golf at 16 Courses along the coast. There is also Petanka Tennis and many other sporting activities in the area.

A great place to relax and be refreshed
This has been our second visit to this apartment and it was lovely to be back in what we quickly felt like home. The property was very clean and cool when it was hot, but we were able to keep warm when the temperature dropped in the evenings. We could eat outside or in and cooking was easy in the well equipped kitchen; although food does take a long time to cook in the oven. The beds are comfortable and we had the choice of sheets and blankets or duvets. It is easy to walk to the well equipped shops and a short drive to larger supermarkets. To get to the beach you can either walk, we chose to drive which meant having to drive quite a distance to be able to cross the road. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas, as well as eating in some good restaurants. The famous and best fish and chip shop in the area is two minutes walk away!
Good location in this the area offering all types of attractions for all ages. Particular suitable for retired winter stays of 2 months or longer.There is such diversity, of interesting things to do & to see. Lovely beaches all along the coast from Malaga to Gibraltar the whole length of the coastline. Many old towns have interesting castles & buildings of historic interest. A selection of cosmopolitan restaurants & shops. Markets happen almost every day in one town or another. The beaches have bars & water sports, lovely places to sit & watch the world go by. An abundance of Golf courses are available all along the coast. The old town of Estepona with its delightful square is always work a visit & look at al the yachts in the Marina on Saturday Market day. San Pedro de Alcantara is also very charming and full of character, many Spanish bars, and cafes dotted along the pavements. Marbella Orange square with its little allies full of interesting shops, & eating places. Visit the Famous Puerto Banus and look out for the famous faces. There is also Benhavis a village of many restaurants about 15min drive. Plenty of activities for children. Other Activities: Golf, Bowls, Patanka, Crazy golf, tennis, sailing...fun parks for children on the beaches and many activities.. Golf: The apartments are very close to some of the Costa del Sols' most prestigious golf courses, along the coast, Guadalmina, Atalya, El Paraso to name but a few. Around 16 courses in all where golf has, the best in climate for most of the year. Lots of activities for children of all ages and fantastic beaches along this coastline. Sunny beaches in the town of Estepona with fun activities for all ages on the beaches. Ski: Drive to Granada to find the Seria Navada for all the ski resorts. In order to reserve this apartment, the payment methods are as follows. We require a 15% booking deposit for any booking made 10 weeks or longer, Then the 85% balance of the rental is due. Payment can be by Bank transfer to our UK bank account or by Credit card via PAYPAL( charges may apply). The damage /security bond is payable before we issue the keys and we generally meet you at the property and show you the quirks of the property.
