One bedroom with queen bed and hideabed in living room. All new furniture and kitchen gear. Dine in the solarium with sunset views. Fully equipped to make yourself at home yet close to many restaurants and activities. Secure building with one parking space underground. Seawall and park right outside the door. TV with Netflix, internet, books, games available for use. Washer/dryer in suite. Walk to restaurants and clubs but quiet for a good sleep. 90 minute drive to one of the best ski resorts in North America (Whistler/Blackcomb) or 15 minutes to local mountains. 20 minute walk to beaches or hop on the little ferry over to Granville Island for the farmer's market and shops. Theatres (live and movies) within walking distance. Public transit 5 minute walk away. 20 minutes to the airport by transit.

Awesome place, awesome views, awesome people

We had such a wonderful time at this condo. I would highly recommend it. Unfortunately, I am not sure the condo strata will let Ursula rent it any longer through VRBO/Homeaway? Either way, if you can rent it, I highly recommend it. It has all the comforts of home that you would need. Ursula was outstanding with her communication with us and met us to give us the keys and a personal orientation! Wow! Above and beyond from what I have seen in other places.

The condo is small, but perfect for two people. Views are spectacular and it is close to everything. We rented a car, but did not need to. So close to everything and the train from the airport drops you off just a few blocks away.

An amazing apartment in Yaletown!

Our stay in Ursula and Peter's apartment was wonderful. The views are spectacular from every room in the apartment. Ursula's daughter met us when we arrived, showed us their secure parking space and introduced us to the apartment on the 33rd floor. The location is fantastic, easy walking to stores, ferry to Granville Island. They also have Mountain Bikes to use to explore the False Creek Parkway. The apartment was immaculate, very well-maintained. It is an ideal, very safe location to explore the city. Ursula was very helpful and responsive to our email questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great and comfortable place in Yaletown

We (2 adults and a 3-year old) spent 6 nights at Ursula's place. It was a great experience : this condo is very well situated, very confortable and with a beautiful view (sunrise and sunsets are wonderful). Ursula was very nice and helped us with good advice. We appreciated a lot the fact that Ursula borrowed books in french for our daughter from the library, as well as a book about "Discover Vancouver with kids". And of course, the fact that the kitchen is very well equipped and that Ursula provides food for breakfast / quick lunch, cakes, etc is very pleasant and comfortable. We felt welcome!

The property is very well described by the listing description, it was exactly what we were expecting.

We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

The hostess is great, the unit is very clean and confortable. It is near to every public transportation option.

We had no problem at all, instead of it, the hostess certified that we had everything we needed.

Great Choice

There are so many positive aspects of our stay that I can't adequately capture in a review... The location and amenities in the unit far exceeded our expectations. Walking, nearby bike rentals and the sky train were all convenient and allowed us to see so much. We will definitely return for our future Vancouver visits.
