The appartment is at the very top of the building right under the roof. It is very small. Kitchen and bathroom is only for small persons since the ceiling is low. Also, the bed is short, not for a big person. Otherwise, there was everything we needed, kitchen well equipped, and mainly - perfect position and nice terrase with wonderful view of the city, cathedral and mountains at the back. In the summer it is probably very hot but in May it was perfect. Right in the center but quiet, open to the backyards, not to the busy street. All shops and restaurants around, and few minutes walk to the heard of the city. And, we could stay until afternoon which was very comfortable. Thanks for hospitality!
The flat was not accurately represented . Fireplace is appearance ONLY. Kitchenette AND bathroom ceilings slanted requiring to bend-over to access toilet, sink, washer and cooler. Bathtub capacity size for a child. Bed similar to outdoor camping comfort. Owner never tried to contact me after " HE " took my money. Ghost owner (mom). Manager the BEST, I am returning to Milan in 2017 and will NOT STAY HERE !!!
Bright, cozy, unique, lacking a few
We loved the unique quality of this attic apartment and how well located it is, really close to the central part of the city and near several excellent restaurants (Ronchi78 and Trattoria Milanese are two examples). It is clean and contains almost everything we needed for a brief stay. But there is no wi-fi, contrary to what is advertised (at least none we were informed about), and the interaction with the host was zilch. He knew we were to call him when we arrived, and when we did call, he did not answer. We struggled to get inside the building and only when the nearby cinema ticket takers informed us of where we had to go were we able to ring the bell for "Marco's House," which allowed a concierge of a type to buzz us in. It took much longer than it needed to. We also saw very little of her for the duration of our stay and saw and heard nothing of Marco. Otherwise it's a good place to stay.

Comoda e in ottima posizione

De apartment is really very well located that's for sure but so very small! And the badroom and kitchen are at the enterace 160cm high so you need very constant to bend over. Were the toilet and the bad is max 100cm high, there you should be almost crawling. The bath is also so very small, only suitable for people from 140cm.
