Great time in Conca
Loved the apartment and the town. Massimo always responded in a timely manner. He is very kind and a pleasure to talk to. Fiorenzo checked us in and was very helpful in telling us how to get around and to the beach. He also is a fantastic chef.
We really enjoyed out stay in Conca which is quieter, very friendly and has great food at very affordable prices. It is very close to Amalfi so we took a water taxi or bus to see the sites and do some shopping.
I would stay there again.
What a great accommodation away from all the crowds but walking distance to market and one of the best restaurants in the area! Beautiful property with great views of the sea!
Wonderful home, great facilities, tremendous setting and views, excellent restaurants within easy walking distance!
Incredible place to stay
Very nice apartment , clean , great location close to restaurants , bus stop & market .The view was amazing overlooking the coast. Massimo , the home owner , stayed in contact with us to make sure our stay was going well. The restaurant down the street is where we picked up the keys and is one of the best dining experiences we had in Italy .
Beautiful, Quaint, and Quiet
If you are looking for an off-the-beaten-path Amalfi experience, then look no further—this is the place. The highlights include:
Delicious food (restaurants and bistros). Kind, helpful residents.
Views to delight the senses.
Easy bus transportation to the big sites along the Amalfi Coast.
Roomy, modern, comfortable lodging.
All this (and more) is included with this property.
That being said, I wish the unit had had some written tourist information about the area, and maybe a bottle of local wine as a welcome gift. Oh, and wine glasses for drinking that local wine.
Overall, the village of Conca dei Marini was enjoyed thoroughly, close enough to enjoy Positano without its crowds and noise.
Lovely apartment, perfect for us (2 couples) with lots of space, courtyard, big kitchen, big living room, 2 bedrooms two bathrooms and of course, lovely views from the balcony. Apartment is right in the village, very close to small shops, really nice restaurant and great pizzeria (not just pizzas). Nice quiet place away from the many tourists in Amalfi, Positano etc. so nice to return to and relax, local people very friendly and helpful.
ancient seaside village with many shades of colors, smells and flavors populated by nice people and available characterized by lively and cheerful folklore that make it even more enjoyable-
The angelina house is located in the upper part of the country and is at street level and positioned in the vicinity of all essential services and daily use: bars, restaurants, Uff. Postal, household goods, ATM, butcher and bus stop for and from Amalfi.
Conca dei Marini also boasts that it is the third most beautiful village in Italy voted in 2017 by the listeners of the "Kilimanjaro" transmission among the 22 chosen and preferred for the wonderful lemon houses, the accuracy in the terracing and the orchards neatly kept in them. characters that reside there and in their proverbial sense of friendship and joy.
Easy to reach are the neighboring towns starting from the famous Maritime Republic of Amalfi and its beautiful alleys and ravines, and then continue to Atrani on the road to Maiori and Minori.
Without forgetting the beautiful Ravello with its scenic parks and intriguing internal streets.
On the other side you can reach, beyond Praiano, another charming coastal town, the fashionable and always charming Positano with its pebble beach and annual destination of miles of tourists and celebrities from the world of entertainment and fashion.
Not to mention, endlessly, of the island perhaps the most renowned in the Mediterranean: Capri with its renowned Faraglioni and its breathtaking views and the myriad of shops and shops that have made it famous all over the world.
So I envy those who have not yet had the opportunity to enjoy such beauty and I wish them to benefit soon in any of the many facilities that the country has long since made available through the renowned and renewed commitment of many individuals and also through the hotel facilities existing there.
