This apartment has a main bedroom where you'll find a bed of 190cm x 150cm and a fantastic wardrobe, as well as two comfortable bedside tables to be able to read quietly.

- In the living room there is a beautifully bed sofa, you can invite a couple of friends so will be an ideal apartment for 4 persons. We can´t forget mention the TV with flat screen and Wi-Fi (optional). From the living room you have acces to a big and fantastic equipped terrace with table and chairs to share a great moments with friends.

- The kitchen is fully equipped, home appliances, kitchenware and incorporated into the living room by a breakfast bar ideal for a snack on it. It has all you need for a great stay.

- The bathroom is equipped with everything you need: shower, towel set (depending on season), integrated toilet and sink, a kit of bath free during your stay.

- We offer you bed linen, sheets, blankets and quilts, (depending on season), Ironing Board and of course the iron.

- Cleaning and hygiene are guaranteed in all our apartments.

- If you have a baby, we can provide you a "folding cradle" as well as "High chair", always on request and availability.

- In addition, the building features of a underground parking (optional) located in the same building.

- To your arrival we will receive and us will make sure of that have all what you need. During your stay. We are available 24 hours in case of emergency.

We are a company, owner of several apartments in the Costa de la Luz, more specifically in Rota. Our apartments are characterized by a very good location, as they are all less than 50 meters from one of the best beaches in Rota. Our guests usually value athe maximum cleaning and hygiene that we have in the apartments, as well as the amenities that we put at your disposal, for a stay as pleasant as possible.

- El número máximo de ocupantes alojados en el inmueble será el reflejado en la reserva realizada por el cliente y aceptada por Hnos. Agüero Sl.

-No se admiten animales de compañía de ningún tipo.
-Está prohibido realizar actividades molestas en las zonas comunes como gritar, jugar, cantar, depositar enseres personales, basuras, así como vehículos en general que imposibiliten la maniobrabilidad de otros vehículos o personas.
