Great Location

This apartment is clean and well-equipped and comfortable. Ramon has good info on visiting Sevilla. The rooftop terrace is fabulous. There are great places for tapas nearby (La Canera de Pureza and La Antigua Abacederia)

Just... wow.

We had an amazing time in Seville. The Triana apartment was lovely - and moreover, Ramon was an incredible host. He gave us plenty of suggestions on where to go and what to do.

The apartment was super clean - there was more than enough space for me, my wife and and our two friends. The rooftop patio was such a treat - even on chilly nights in November.

We will be back - and I will be contacting Ramon to see if this or another one of his properties are available!

Very good accomodation in an excellent location

When we're next in Seville, we will definitely consider a return to this apartment. The location in Triana, just on the other side of the river from the old city is perfect for seeing the sights on foot. All necessary amenities (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy etc) are close at hand. Transferring from the airport is a 15 minute taxi ride for 25 euro's. The neighbourhood feels very safe and has a buzz at night with restaurants lining the river and the Isabella II bridge. The apartment was simply furnished but modern, clean and tidy and the aircon to the 2 bedrooms and lounge were essential as the temperatures (late June, early July) peaked in the high 90's F. The private roof top terrace was a great place to sit, eat and drink in the cool of the day and to sunbathe and dry clothing on the washing lines provided during the day. There were a few very minor issues that would certainly not affect a return to this property for us but may be a concern for other potential visitors: there was a microwave oven but no electric oven below the electric hob that restricted what we could cook. Also, no frying pan was provided. My fantastic wife was able to improvise with the pots and pans available but it could have been so much easier. The cooker hood is modern and efficient but could be raised 6" or so to prevent banging your head on the corners (my son and myself are both 6' and it was too low for us). The roof top terrace is very pleasant but is accessed by a spiral staircase that would probably prove difficult to use by anyone who struggles with a standard flight staircase. We managed just fine and it does become easier to ascend carrying a tray of food and drinks after a bit of practice. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and would have no problems staying here again.

Excellent Location, fabulous rooftop terrace, perfect place!

This apartment is wonderful. 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twins that can also be pushed together so good for a family of 4 or for 2 couples, or a group of 4 friends! The location is just one street over from the river and 2 blocks to the Triana Bridge. We walked everywhere from here, and really had a wonderful stay. Had toast & fruit, coffee & tea for breakfast in the mornings and got wine, cheese, olives, more fruit for an afternoon happy hour on the terrace! Ceasar was very helpful, too. The price for the room was very reasonable and worth every penny.
