Outstanding from start to finish
Utterly fantastic property and location. Had a fantastic time and would definitely book again.
Lovely, cosy cottage with fantastic view
Wonderful, cosy cottage that is really well equipped without being cluttered. Galleon House ticked all the boxes for our family of four- stunning view from living room , close to pub and great WiFi. Had an absolutely brilliant night at The Royal Hotel which is literally a few steps from the property - great food and great company. Picturesque walk to Straithes along the Cleveland Way and rainy day spent in Whitby. Runswick Bay is beautiful with a lovely beach and I can’t imagine staying in a better cottage. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Would love to stay again.
Wonderful cottage. Highly recommended.
Absolutely delightful location overlooking the bay and next door to the pub. The cottage is the best I have ever stayed in ! Stylish and beautifully furnished
A lovely property in an idyllic location
Managed very efficiently.
What a special place galleon house is.
From the moment I stepped inside i knew it was going to be wonderful. The attention to detail that Sarah has put into her beautiful house is incredible. She’s thought of everything and a little bit more - thanks also for the lovely welcome pack which thoughtfully took into account my food intolerances.
I’ll definitely be back - the view alone is heavenly. I sat for most of the first day just watching the world go by and what a gorgeous bit of the world it is :) very special indeed.
I’ll be back :)
We absolutely loved this house!
Runswick Bay is a very pretty, well kept and unspoilt former fishing village within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Quaint white washed and sandstone cottages that ooze charm, make this quite unchanged location a wonderful place to relax and spend quality time with friends and family.
