Our stunning contemporary apartment has been completely remodelled, refurbished and re-invented for 2017 by Monotypic Interior Design to bring you the ultimate style and luxury. At over 1000 sqft, our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment boasts a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with one of Cornwall's most iconic views. This elevated viewpoint provides unparalleled and uninterrupted views over Carbis Bay towards St Ives, wrapping 180 degrees around to Godrevy lighthouse.

Fantastic Apartment With Stunning Views
Wow! A stylish apartment with fabulous views over Carbis Bay and towards St Ives. We were a family of 4 staying in this spacious apartment. A short walk away from the train station with a regular service into St Ives so you can leave the car behind. Alison was extremely helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area
Fabulous apartment with the most amazing view
A top spec apartment with a fabulous view over Carbis Bay and towards St Ives. Minutes walk from the train station to St Ives which takes 5 minutes and no hassle of parking. Everything you need close by, including a children's play area within walking distance. Just 5 minutes walk to the lovely beach which has great facilities. Can't recommend this place enough and the owner Alison was really helpful. As a family of four with two small children the open plan layout worked perfectly.

Thanks to Alison for a wonderful week. Nice to walk from here to St. Ives in 30 minutes or to the huge beach of St. Ives Bay.
