This beautiful self-catering studio apartment is located in a quieter area of the old town of Puerto Del Carmen on Calle el Toscon next to the Montana Tropical commercial centre. The apartment is situated within a complex of 26 privately owned apartments, which boasts its own communal swimming pool, sun terrace and loungers. The apartment itself, being located at the top of the complex, has stunning panoramic sea views of the old harbour and Fuerteventura. There are only a few steps however to get up to the apartment as access to the complex is from the upper level.

The apartment has a king size bed, lounge with sofa and coffee table, a built in double wardrobe, plenty of drawers plus all linen and towels provided, (which are not for beach use). There is a newly fitted curved 48” SMART TV with a TV system with all British, Irish and European channels including access to live sports and new films. Air conditioning is provided and heating (hopefully never required!). Also provided are an iron and board, hair dryer and a lockable safe. WiFi is free in the apartment for your stay and a code will be provided on entry. The kitchen area has an oven/grill, twin hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. The bathroom comes with a new sink unit and storage, shower and toilet.

On the balcony you can enjoy the spectacular view while relaxing on the patio furniture with an umbrella and stand for shade when needed. There's a communal washing machine and tumble dryer (soon to be coin operated).

There're several amenities close by the apartments including a Spar supermarket and local butchers for all your shopping needs. The old town harbour and the beach are a short distance away, 5-10 minutes walk (92 steps down!).

Situated in the old town of Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the sea, this small complex of 26 studios enjoys fantastic views of the sea and old town harbour, from where you can take a pleasure boat trip, stroll along the waters edge or simply savour the flavour at any one of the typical restaurants that abound. Its location allows you to reach the main centre of the resort with its supermarkets and shops in just a few minutes. Thanks to its position, you can enjoy the fabulous sunshine almost all day long either at the poolside or on any one of the terraces. The apartment has been recently refurbished as has the complex complete a newly fitted kitchen and fridge freezer. The kitchen boasts a new oven and grill. All linen and towels for the apartment are provided. We request you arrive after 14:00 and depart before 10:00, although every effort will be made to accommodate you if you have and earlier arrival or later departure.

Excellent Apartment near local amenities

Excellent studio apartment with superb views over the old town to sea. Location excellent with walking distance to supermarket and bars/restaurant less than 30 seconds and Old Town a few minutes walk away. Clean and tidy apartment with all the mod cons, pool accessible and never busy. Booking was flawless through Scott, apartment easily found and entry seamless to apartment. Overall an excellent studio apartment in a desirable location!!

A must stay

Stayed for 9 days of our honeymoon apartment had everything you need including all English TV limited space in kitchen area but the apartment works well.The view is stunning from balcony and lovely table and chairs plus parasol when it gets too hot.Great English butcher's in complex next to apartment and best bar called the Highlander 2 would defo recommend and if the price is right we will book next year for our 1st anniversary thanks Scott and Richard and Linda where very helpful and lovely people

Top class.

Fantastic property. Fantastically clean,everything you need. Close to all amenities. A fan would be preferable to the air conditioning but everyone likes different things. Would seriously reccomend this apartment to all who asks .

Great place to stay

Had a wonderful stay ,the studio was clean ,comfortable, everything you could possibly need was catered for .booking with the owners Scott and Cheryl was very easy and they are very prompt on replying and answering any questions .also Linda and Richard who look after the property were very helpful so thank you to you all .the area is nice and quiet but not too far away from the main strip.there are some great bars, restaurants and a supermarket next to the complex .if you want a relaxing holiday at a great price then book this studio

Puerto del Carmen is on the south eastern side of the island, 15 kilometres from the airport. The new town is spread along the coast with a very long promenade, white beaches, shops and bars. The old part of the town, where our apartment is situated, has a beautiful harbour, beaches and spectacular cliffs, all within walking distance. At night the restaurants around the harbour are very popular, with fresh locally caught fish on every menu. Lanzarote is well known for its volcanic, lunar type landscape, lava fields, caves, camels, palms and beaches. Some of the sights to see include the volcanic house of the famous Spanish artist and sculpture, Cesar Manrique and his magnificent cactus gardens with over 1,400 species, the National Park of Timanfaya where you can bus trip to the summit of the volcanoes. There is a Sunday market at Teguise in the centre of the island which is popular with locals and tourists alike.

Golf: There is a golf course situated at Costa Teguise, approx 30kms away. A new golf course has been completed just 5Kms away in between Puerto del Carmen and Tias
