We're confident you will have a wonderful stay at our place, and we will gladly discuss price with you. Feel free to let us know about any research you have done on comparable properties. Monthly rate reflects discount.

If you don’t care to walk, we are steps from the Free Shuttle which will take you to Vail or Lionshead Villages. The Lionshead gondola is a 7 minute walk or 2 minute ride. The Vail Village Transportation Center offers shuttles to countless destinations in the Vail Valley, including continuous service to grocery stores. The Vail Valley Medical Center, pharmacy and world-renowned Steadman Clinic are a two-minute walk and perfect for your lodging needs!

NOTE: If you're considering a property across the highway, or either in East or West Vail, keep in mind that it involves getting to the bus stop, taking at least a 15-minute ride to the Vail Transportation Center where you will either walk to Vail Village Lift 1, or transfer to a bus to Lionshead. In either case, you will be walking from the buses to the lifts. Plan on adding 30-45 minutes each way (or longer during peak times) to and from your door to the lifts. Remember: If you drive, daily rates in the parking structures add $25 to your costs and they fill up quickly.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING PERMITTED (not even on balcony).

Accommodations are: TWO high quality King beds. No sleeper sofa, so sleeps only four.

We are able save you money by not providing daily housekeeping services. Our previous guests have requested this for security and privacy. However, feel free to call us for special housekeeping requests.

One of the great things about our unit is its street level location. No need to use the stairs or elevators! Most times one of the 3 parking spaces right in front of our door is open.

It is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. One bath has a shower, while the other has a shower/tub. One bedroom has a Simmons ComforPedic AirCool memory foam King mattress and one bedroom has a memory foam mattress with down topper.

The living room and dining room, along with its rock-walled fireplace and comfortable leather couches, create a warm and cozy atmosphere for your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel major appliances, includes high end cookware, small appliances and anything else you might need to prepare great meals.

Really enjoyed this property. Easy 3 minute walk to Lionshead Gondola. Great shops and restaurants all close by. Convenient to the Bus line that goes into Vail Village. Condo was clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen , comfortable dining room and living area. Great view of Vail mountain. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Comfortable, convient, immaculate condo unit.

The owner is a delight to work with and she is very responsive and flexible. The unit is immaculate, in excellent condition, comfortable, with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen is well stocked and immaculate. The kitchen is stocked with spices and cooking necessities which is very convenient .There are TV's in excellent working condition in every room. The bathroom have abundant amenities as well.The unit is well situated with convenient access to both Vail Village and Lion Square, It is a short walk to the bus stop for the Village shuttle. The furniture is comfortable and in excellent condition. There is a locker outside the unit for ski and snowboard storage. I would highly recommend this unit and I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing property with a stunning view!

Great experience staying at this property during our 4-night ski trip to Vail. Perfectly located within walking distance between Vail Village and Lionshead Village/Gondola. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The beds were comfortable and rooms had great closet space for all the snow gear. The views of the mountain from the balconies were amazing. The hot tub at the property was a necessity after long days of skiing. Would come back to this property every time in Vail!!!

Perfect condo and location!

Perfect sized apartment for 4 people for a long weekend. 5 minute walk to Lionshead Village, about an 8 minute walk to Vail Village (without ski equipment). The hot tub was super hot, even when absolutely freezing outside. All the essentials that you would expect in a hotel room are provided and the pictures are 100% accurate. Joyce was incredibly helpful in the weeks leading up to our vacation, suggesting websites, a mobile app and restaurants to visit. I would 100% stay here again if I come back to Vail!

Gorgeous condo with amazing views!

The condo is very well located, a 3 minute walk to the Gondola and all the shops and restaurants in the heart of Lionshead Village. Rooms and kitchen are very well equipped and all the essentials are provided for.

The listing description and the pictures are 100% accurate, the property is perfectly cleaned and very well maintained. The communication with the property manager and the owners was great too!

I would recommend this property to a friend.
