Exactly what I needed!

  • 5 of 5

The view was gorgeous, the condo was amazingly clean and beautifully decorated. I saw the harvest moon rise over the ocean, and dolphins splashing in the water right in front of me on the beach. Will absolutely be back to this spot!

Favorite island and condo!

  • 5 of 5

We love coming to Amelia Island and staying in this condo. For the past eight years we have vacationed here. Sometimes we try to come in the spring for the Shrimp Festival and then back again in September. There is a wonderful contrast in the seasons which we enjoy. May is still a little cool in the mornings but on the beach you can tell that summer is just around the corner. September is great on the beach with a hint of fall in the breeze. This past September we were here for almost two weeks and the weather was wonderful except for Hurricane Hermine which brought us some wind and rain during one night. The morning after we took a walk and saw our beach and ocean in a different light, no less beautiful with the high waves and blustery winds. So no matter the weather, we are always captivated by this beautiful place. Staying at this condo lets us enjoy all that the island has to offer, whether it be a storm or sunny skies. We rode horses out of Kelley's Seahorse Ranch, riding through a maritime forest then onto the beach for a mile or so. So peaceful on the sound side of the island. There are many wonderful places to eat and we discovered a new restaurant in the village, called Lechonera del Coqui. It serves Puerto Rican food, which is just delicious. We are looking forward to going back next time we are there. As far as the condo goes, we can't imagine staying anywhere else. As soon as we walk in it feels like home. It's clean and comfortable and the location couldn't be better. We love the view of the ocean and the landscaping is beautiful. We love to sit on the balcony in the morning with our coffee and watch for dolphins in the ocean and turtles in the dunes. At night we love to look for the lights of the fishing boats and gaze at the stars. Amelia Island is a wonderful place to visit and this condo is a wonderful place to stay, thanks to the owners, Madeline and Tony.

Amazing Home Away From Home

  • 5 of 5

We came down to escape the daily grind for a couple of days and we never wanted to leave. It became our home away from home. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. They even had books, puzzles, and games to keep us entertained on a rainy afternoon. It truly felt like home. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We saw beautiful sunrises and even a double rainbow after a storm. We enjoyed eating every meal on the balcony just watching and listening to the waves crash. The owners were so helpful and super easy to work with. Madeline gave us some great suggestions of places to check out on the Island. We enjoyed every minute and can't wait to come back to visit our new "home" in Amelia. Would recommend this condo in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Escape

  • 5 of 5

I went to Amelia Island for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place for us. The condo is beautiful and has a wonderful view of the water yet the ease of only being on the 2nd floor. The proximity to the beach and pool made it very easy to spend a lot of time at both. I will definitely stay here again. The owners were delightful to work with and everything was as promised and more. Thank you!

The perfect place!!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I went to Amelia Island for the first time for a quick weekend get-away. The condo was fabulous - the pictures on the website are so accurate. The condo is crisp, clean and so fresh looking. Madeline was so helpful and easy to work with. The view of the beach is absolutely gorgeous. What an awesome beach area! We loved visiting restaurants and had a great experience at Fort Clinch . We will definitely be back to this "little piece of paradise."

My husband and I stayed here in September for 4 nights and had an amazing time. This was our first visit to Amelia Island and we enjoyed every minute of it and really didn't want to leave. The condo was very enjoyable and had everything we needed and made the trip even better. Thanks for letting us rent your wonderful condo. We hope to come back next year.

About Madeline and Anthony

Hello - We are Madeline and Anthony and we hope to welcome you to our condo at beautiful Amelia Island.

Madeline and Anthony purchased this condo in 1998

Why Madeline and Anthony chose Amelia Island

We have been visiting the northeast coast of Florida for many, many years. And after just our first visit to Amelia Island, we decided that this is the best that we have been to - quiet, peaceful, wide beautiful beaches - just charming in every way. The unobstructed oceanfront view from C109 was all that we needed to decide 'this is it'!

What makes this condo unique

All that you could want from a vacation - golfing, fishing, boating, tennis - quiet, pristine beaches, and the quaintness of the area. There are lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. However we enjoy most of our meals on the balcony.

Please call me at 404.663.5936 - I'm happy to answer any questions you might have.

Guestbook comments from the owner

This was our first stay in a condo and found it to be all that we had anticipated. The ocean views and sunrises are phenomenal. The condo is conveniently located and very comfortably furnished. Putting your toes in the sand is only a few steps away.

With family nearby, the owners of this condo can expect a return visit from us. It is so much better than a hotel stay.
