35m2 living room with sofa and chairs, TV + 50 European channels, DVD bluray, INTERNET WIFI, fireplace with free wood; Fine antiques Provençal.

GROUND FLOOR: bathroom with shower, two separate W. C, washing machine pantry, iron and ironing board, cleaning, garage of 20 m2 with two bicycles.

TO THE FLOOR: Three bedrooms with wardrobe closet and view (South) of the garden and pool; One of them includes a large antique desk drawers Louis Philippe, a shower and a cot.

OUTSIDE: garden 3000 m2 fully fenced, wooded, with fully carrellée 9m X 5m pool terraces including 2 very shady (old trees), barbecue. Small pets allowed on request only.

Le lubéron, une tres belle région...

Maison au confort spartiate et à l'entretien plus que minimaliste! Son aménagement intérieur avec un escalier dangereux est à déconseiller aux enfants en bas âge et aux personnes âgées! Heureusement, la région est magnifique et l'accueil des propriétaires tout à fait sympathique. Maison a beau potentiel mais qui mériterait quels investissements pour répondre aux normes de confort d'aujourd'hui.

Deux semaines superbes

Enchanté de notre séjour (trop court) dans cette jolie maison très confortable et bien équipée au calme, la piscine un vrai bonheur ainsi que l'accueil du propriétaire qui a été toujours disponible pour nous conseiller les bonnes adresses;

Nous projetons déjà de revenir. une vraie bonne adresse.

Merveilleuses vacances au calme

Nous avons été très bien reçu par le propriétaire qui nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux et sympathique . Parents de deux bébés , nous avons vraiment pu nous ressourcer au calme , et profiter d un très beau jardin tout en mangeant à l'ombre . La piscine est très grande , on peut y nager sans problème !

On apprécie les petites touches personnalisées telles que les jolis dessus de lit brodés main par la propriétaire .

A réserver si besoin de se ressourcer dans un havre de paix , mais à la fois proche de toutes commodités !

Un havre de paix !

Location au calme idéale pour un repos absolu.

Maison bien équipée en appareils ménagers, elle est propre, bien entretenue.

Le propriétaire a été de bons conseils quant aux visites touristiques à effectuer.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa présence discrète.

Super séjour en Provence dans un cadre agréable

Piscine bien entretenue.

Notes:
The pool is fully carrellée and secured by an alarm for children, and enclosed with small walls. A robot is installed in the pool, but regular maintenance by the owner is also performed. There are 6 sundeck chairs on the fitted and very flowery beach around the pool. A barbecue is available near the terrace outside the kitchen and living room, in the very partly shaded by a large pergola typical Provencal. Three shady or sunny terraces, are each equipped with garden tables and chairs so that everyone finds one to his liking. A portal for children's games in the garden, large areas (3000 m²) are provided for the ball game or other activity and part for the bowls. There is possibility to park several cars inside the property. We accept SMALL pets on request.
