Conwy is a picturesque town with a wonderful butcher (Edward's) and artisan bakery (Isiah Simeon). The cottage was wonderful with a stocked kitchen, plenty of room, and a wonderful deck.
Short Stay at 8 Old Road, Conwy
Lovely cosy cottage with all we needed and more. Very nicely decorated and fitted out, recently completed refurbished. Excellent location very close to the centre of Conwy. Fantastic scenery in this part of North Wales. The Owners Mark & Linda are very nice and made us feel welcome and quickly responded to our text messages. Will definitely be going back.
Very cosy cottage
My husband and I spent one week at this cottage and absolutely loved it. For us, this was a business trip, but the cottage made it almost feel like vacation.
Wonderfully Cosy Cottage
Spent New Year at this lovely cottage. As soon as we walked in through the front door we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. 3 minutes walk into town and you can see the cottage from part of the Castle Wall. Cottage had everything you could think of it even had two small flasks which we took with us on our walks and stopped in remote areas for a nice warm cup of tea/coffee. Bed very comfortable and bed linen of a high standard along with the towels and the shower was very powerful. The wood burner in the lounge heated the whole house so no need for the central heating. Thank you both for the lovely gift of M & S biscuits under the tree we managed to eat them all before we left. New Year in Conwy is very low key but we decided to go down to the waters edge (along with several locals) to see the new year in by watching all the fireworks over the estuary very pretty.
The cottage has a car park pass, if you cannot park in the street you can park in the next street which has a small car park but we did not use it. You can also use the local carparks around Conwy. If you have the chance to visit Bodnant Gardens do so it is beautiful any time of the year and the large camp fire in the outside café is lovely with the small stream running past so relaxing.
Thank you both for a lovely stay

A perfect, cosy cottage within easy walking distance of the town.
We arrived exhausted, but left feeling recharged and relaxed. The cottage is cosy and comfortable with everything you need provided. We slept very well in the comfortable bed and enjoyed cosy evenings in front of the log fire. Only a 5 minute walk into town, so no need to use the car. We have relatives in Prestatyn, so a good base for us to catch up with them. Will definitely return.
Perfect. Just what we were looking for.
Well equipped and comfortable little cottage. Great location. Included permit parking was an excellent bonus. Will stay again.
