Fantastic location for a Florence stay.
My wife and I stayed here for three nights in March 2018.
The apartment is very spacious and, although the decor is a bit dated, this adds to its charm.
What cannot be disputed is the fact that, its location could not be bettered. The large living space has a huge glass door which opens out onto a balcony overlooking the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno river.
Sitting on the balcony with a bottle of Chiant from the large selection available from the well stocked supermarket across the street, you could almost feel like a local.
The bedroom is large with a very comfortable bed and lots of storage space. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and, whilst functional, I found the shower curtain tended to stick to me. A fixed screen would have been more comfortable.
The kitchen is quite small but has everything needed for a short stay. I found the Wi-fi to be very reliable. The lift from the entrance goes right into the apartment.
Locally there are lots of restaurants but we loved one at the foot of the hill up to the Piazzale Michelangelo, the Osteria Antica.
My wife and I stayed in this apartment for three weeks in March. The view is amazing. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of all the major sights. There is a grocery store across the street and plenty of places to find good food within a ten minute walk. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is more than adequate. The down sides: the bathroom drains are slow, the bathtub is quite narrow with a bothersome shower curtain, and the apartment could use a very thorough cleaning, some maintenance, and decorating. It’s bare bones, but could be great.
The location of the apartment and the layout are wonderful. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and the Ponte Vecchio in front of you is what dreams are made of. The lack of heat, the non functioning internet and cable and the electricity going off while we were cooking and staying off for an hour or so was uncomfortable.
Would I consider staying here again, Probably if these items were corrected. The location is truly what it has going for it. Located central to the attractions people come to Florence for. Having the grocery store right across the street is also a plus. This was our second trip to Florence in the past two years, To sit with our morning coffee while watching the activity on the Arno with the Uffizi Gallery and the towers and domes as a backdrop is something I have missed since my return.
This apartment has a wonderful location because it is right in the middle of everything. We found the management staff helpful and friendly. The only other comment is that they need to do a little work on the inside of the apartment...repair the drapes, fix the internet connection. Other than that, we really enjoyed wine on the balcony watching the activities on the Ponte Vecchio bridge. There is a wonderful grocery store right across the street and plenty of wine bars and restaurants in the area.

Location of the property was amazing. People watching with a glass of something chilled from the balcony was superb. The supermarket across the road was very good & had everything you needed, or had forgotten. The property itself was accessed by either a VERY small lift directly into your apartment or by stairs. It was spacious(apart from the small kitchen) . We thought that on the whole it was very good but could do with a little TLC e.g. the shower could be improved by moving the attachment for a better angle & a shower screen installed to replace the shower curtain.
Florence is a beautiful city and you could walk to the most amazing sights from your front door.
Fantastic location, great view of Ponte Vecchio
Communication was easy.
Amazing location with a view of the ponte Vecchio and huge living space. Tub is a bit narrow, but Americans will appreciate the size of the bathroom. Easy walking distance to most of the major sites. Grocery store right across the street great if you're looking to save some $ and eat in. We had wine/prosecco every night on the terrace and could easily hear the music coming from Ponte Vecchio.
There is a small elevator that opens directly into the apartment, so even though it's on the 4th floor you don't have to take stairs if you don't wish. Would recommend to anyone, anytime.
Downside: crappiest hair dryer of our Italian stay.
