The unit was clean and very well appointed. The view is excellent and the location is superb: Close to the action of town but along a quiet stretch of beach. There are many sports to watch and partake in if you are so inclined. The water is hot and plentiful. There is a washer dryer. The swim up bar was well attended in the afternoon.
Mayan Ruins, horseback riding, jeep tours, cenote exploration, Eco Parks (Xcaret, Explore and Xel-Ha). Close to the ferry to Cozumel, just 2 minutes walking distance.
