ps: Mr.Graziano lives in the property, and in the summer me and my girlfriend too (for a continuous housekeeping). Everyone has its private apartment with separate entrance, and you will have your privacy. The swimming pool and the gardens are for your private use only.

This is a very special place. We are 500mt asl, on the slopes of the Pratomagno mountain (also called "the paradise of hikers"), with a really stunning view overlooking the whole Valdarno valley, surrounded by oak woods and olive groves, in a wonderful setting... just imagine the silence, birds singing, the chirping of cicadas in the hot tuscan summer... enjoying all this on the shady terrace of a real ancient farmhouse, where you can smell the typical scent of the houses of this kind, the chestnut wood beams on the roof, the stone walls heated by the sun, of rosemary and lavender bushes, visit the old cellar where the old stone olive mill is yet...

The highlight of the place is its position: it is "on its own" but at the same time you can go everywhere in a while: the nice and tiny Castelfranco di Sopra is just 4 km away, the big towns of Valdarno (San Giovanni, Montevarchi, Figline) and the A1 motorway toll at a 10'-15' drive!

Florence is just 45', Arezzo 30' and Siena 1 hour. Staying here will allow you to choose every day between a complete relax and visiting the best of Tuscany very easily.
