T4 or T3 in residence close to Saint Lary Soulan

The mill residence, ideal for holidays, with separate entrances and private parking. Located on the GR 10, 400m from the city center of Saint Lary, you have a multitude of summer activities available to make your stay a success!

The apartment T4 of 60M ²:

It is planned for 5 to 7 people and completely renovated. Chalet style wood in a typical Pyrenean residence it consists of a living room with TV and sofa bed (140), a kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle , raclette service ... Bathroom and separate wc, 2 separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and another bedroom with 3 beds 90 cm; all beds are equipped with bolsters and duvets (sheets not provided). The tourist tax and water are included in the rent, only your electricity consumption will be required at the end of your stay (about 35 € for 1 week in winter).

The apartment T3 of 55m ²:

Scheduled for 6 to 8 people, it includes lounge (sofa and satellite TV), living room with kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob). On the same floor bathroom with toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90. Duvets and bolsters provided (SHEETS NOT PROVIDED!).

The tourist tax and water are included in the rent, only your electricity consumption will be required at the end of your stay (about 32 € for 1 week in winter).

It is only the residents who circulate and the walkers in front of the residence because it is located on the GR 10, sunny south-east orientation !!!!

Other activities are available in the resort: snowshoeing, skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, dog sledding, snowmobile outings, and paragliding .....

a free shuttle will take you in 5 minutes to the ski lifts and the city center. The residence is located only 1km from the ski lifts. Ski equipment is available in the residence (rental 50 € per week only). Nearby you will find activities to do at the exit of the slopes: swimming pool, cinema and center of Saint Lary with 1km.

Summer: Hiking and cycling, The nature reserve Néouvielle with its lakes, Spain 30 minutes, canyoning, paragliding, rafting, mountain biking freeride and downhill, fishing, balneotherapy and outdoor pools and covered, body care center, massages and wellness, ... La Cure is nearby with possibility of hiring for the curists (several weeks) in reduced tariffs! The spring and autumn period is in decreasing price for the 3 weeks of cures ....

The tourist tax and your water consumption are included in the rent, only your electricity consumption will be required at the end of your stay (about 35 € for 1 week with meter readout entry-exit tariff blue EDF 0. 15 € of the kwh).

The supermarket Carrefour is 400m from your residence.

Comfortable and quiet

I had the upstairs apartment and it was comfortable, quiet and just perfect for a few days of walking and cycling in the Pyrenees. David, the owner, lives in the other upstairs apartment and he was absolutely brilliant. He even helped me inflate my car tyres! He said I could send an SMS if I needed anything, but otherwise, I actually never saw him, but it was reassuring to know he was on-site in case of any problems.

The residence is in Vielle Aurea, a short walk from a big grocery store, and a lovely walk along the river to Saint Lary. The apartment had everything I needed, views were great, and the sounds from the cow bells in the field added to the peace and tranquility. I highly recommend staying here, and am even trying to plan a trip back in the winter.

Fabulous

The apartment is in a beautiful, tranquil location, and it is nicely furnished and well equipped. The village of Vielle-Aure is very pretty, with stunning views of the mountains. The bakery and supermarket can easily be reached on foot, so you don't need to use your car all the time. You can easily walk to St Lary in 20-30 minutes by taking the path that runs alongside the river. We have stayed in various places in the Pyrenees and the Alps, but this apartment and its location has definitely been our favourite, and we will definitely be returning in the future. It is a perfect place to stay for anybody who loves the outdoors.

Tres bon sejour

L'appartement, qui est bien équipé et joliment meublé, est situé dans un beau cadre tranquille. Le village de Vielle-Aure est très joli, et offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Pas besoin de voiture pour se rendre à la boulangerie et à la supérette, on peut y aller à pied. La ville de St-Lary est à 20-30 minutes à pied, en empruntant le chemin qui longe la rivière. Nous avons fait de nombreux séjours dans les Pyrénées (et les Alpes), mais cet appartement et cet endroit sont de loin nos préférés
