Situated on the cliffs of southern Mallorca, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, this stylishly furnished semi-detached house is located in the peaceful community of Cala Pi, 25 minutes from Palma. The ground floor is an open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area (seats 8), living room, desk area, bathroom, monolith wood burning fireplace, with glass sliding doors leading on to a large terrace featuring: pool, lounge chairs, dining table, and barbeque all looking over the sea. The property features Internet and digital TV as well as a utility room with washer and tumble dryer. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm), and spacious wardrobes with private shower and bath. The second double bedroom also has a queen-size bed. Both main bedrooms access a shared balcony through sliding glass doors, overlooking the sea. A third bedroom has twin beds and shares a bathroom with shower and bath. The 4th bedroom located on the ground floor features bunk beds, a desk, and wardrobe. It is accommodated by a bathroom with shower that also serves the main living area. This property is perfect for couples, families or friends seeking a holiday in a beautifully appointed area with views of the Mediterranean Sea that are hard to beat!

Location: Cala Pi is on the south coast only 20 miles from the airport and is easily found. The property is in a quiet community of established private villas and houses. In the village center, below the Cala Pi Club, there is access to a deep cove with a beach. To the east is Es Trenc, one of the largest and most famous beaches in Mallorca

Points of interest: There are several bars and restaurants within a short walking distance (open April-October). Each has it's own special charm. Also within walking distance is a mini-supermarket (open year round) that carries essentials including freshly baked breads and croissants. There are markets most days in Mallorca, the nearest being Llucmajor on Fridays, only 15 minutes away. The Felanitx market is on Sunday and has a very picturesque centre ideal for lunch. Sineu's market is held on Wednesdays. Most markets open early in the morning and close up by 1 or 2 pm. Palma, Arenal, Campos and Cala d’Or are all within easy driving distance. Arenal has a water park. In the village is the Cala Pi Club (open April-October), at which excursions can be booked. Porta Pi is a huge shopping centre in Palma, turn right opposite the port entrance. Festival Park is a modern retail park, off the motorway, on the way to Inca.

Golf: Marriott Son Antem Golf and Spa hotel. The Son Antem offers two championship 18 hole courses. Spa, leisure club, pool and restaurant (25 min).

Local Golf course near Llucmajor (15 mins).

A new golf complex is being built 12 km away in Sa Rapita.

A new golf complex, MAIORES in PUIG DE ROS, about 15 km direction to Palma, only 10-15 minutes by car.

When Rich first saw this property in 2006 it was still in the process of being built. After taking one step in the front door he knew this would be a wonderful place for friends and family to gather and spend time together.

Notes:
The living area is open plan with large sliding glass door leading out to the terrace and the swimming pool. There is a barbecue and the outside dining table, lends itself to enjoyable al fresco eating whilst taking in the fabulous views over the sea. The pool is 4 x 8 meters and is protected from the cliff by a 2 meter wall with railings.

Stunning

If you are reading this review then you should book it now...you won't regret it. This was our 2nd visit and won't be our last.

Cala Pi is a picturesque,peaceful resort but this villa really gives the most spectacular picture perfect view. Everything was spotlessly clean and well equipped with instructions etc.

Gretchen is a delight to deal with and the local managers are excellent if there are any queries. Be sure to try Dana's restaurant, La Paleta, the menu is small but all the dishes and wine are excellent and realistically priced.

I truly cannot find any fault with the villa or service we received. Enjoy!

Our week in Cala Pi

Beautiful villa with views to die for. We had 37 degree heat most days so spent the majority of the week in and around the pool. The villa is well equipped and has everything we needed. La Paletta restaurant was awesome and we had 2 very successful visits. Unfortunately the beach and Cala Pi centre were disappointing as there was an unusual amount of rubbish around and it felt unloved. That said we didn't let it spoil our holiday.

Beautiful view of the Mediterranean and sunrise!

As I walked into the home I was greeted in the late afternoon by an absolutely stunning view of the Mediterranean out the living room windows. The walk to the village center has a variety of restaurants, shops to accommodate most needs. Enjoyed a special evening at the new restaurant "La Paleta" which is owned by a friend of the home owner.

Home was well maintained and tidy and very comfortable. Fully supplied kitchen for when we chose to cook in.

Can't wait to bring my whole family back and explore more of this beautiful Spanish Island.

Fabulous villa

Amazing views

We had a lovely time staying here, the views were the best I've ever seen and so relaxing. The villa was furnished to a very good standard with comfortable beds and all facilities you could possibly need, plus wifi!

Cala Pi is very quiet with a handful of restaurants and a very expensive supermarket selling extremely limited goods, I would definitely recommend hiring a car.

We would certainly return to this stunning villa.
