Stylishly furnished throughout with internet and digital TV. The ground floor is open plan with sectional comfortable settees, wood burning fire, dining table seating 8 with glass sliding doors leading on to large terrace, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washer, tumble dryer. Upstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed, and spacious wardrobes. The full ensuite bathroom includes shower and bath. The second double bedroom also has a king-size bed. Both these bedrooms have large sliding glass doors leading on to balcony overlooking the pool and sea. 3rd bedroom has twin beds, wardrobes and shares a further complete bathroom with separate shower and bath. The 4th bedroom on the ground floor and has bunk beds, wardrobe.

The third bathroom is downstairs with shower.

This villa is an absolute must for couples, families or friends seeking a holiday in a beautifully appointed villa with views of the Mediterranean Sea that are hard to beat!

Location: Cala Pi is on the south coast only 20 miles from the airport and is easily found. The property is in a quiet village of established private villas and houses. In the village there is a deep cove with a beach. To the east is Es Trenc, one of the largest and most famous beaches in Mallorca

Points of interest: There are many bars and restaurants. Choose from a quality fish restaurant, to a burger bar and pizza restaurant which will happily supply takeaway food. La Tarressa, an excellent Spanish restaurant, will supply take away paella. Mini supermarket. There are markets most days in Mallorca, the nearest being Lucmajor on Fridays, only 10 minutes away. Felanitx is on Sunday and has a very picturesque centre ideal for lunch. Sineu is on Wednesdays. Most markets are over by 1 or 2 pm. Palma, Arenal, Campos and Cala d’Or are all within easy reach. Arenal has a water park. In the village is the Cala Pi Club, at which excursions can be booked. Porta Pi is a huge shopping centre in Palma, turn right opposite the port entrance. Festival Park is a modern retail park, off the motorway, on the way to Inca

Golf: Marriott Son Antem Golf and Spa hotel. The Son Antem offers two championship 18 hole courses. Spa, leisure club, pool and restaurant (25 min).

Local Golf course near Llucmajor (15 mins).

A new golf complex is being built 12 km away in Sa RAPITA.

A brand new golf complex MAIORES in PUIG DE ROS, about 15 km direction to Palma, only 10-15 minutes by car.

Amazing views

We had a lovely time staying here, the views were the best I've ever seen and so relaxing. The villa was furnished to a very good standard with comfortable beds and all facilities you could possibly need, plus wifi!

Cala Pi is very quiet with a handful of restaurants and a very expensive supermarket selling extremely limited goods, I would definitely recommend hiring a car.

We would certainly return to this stunning villa.

Paradise Found!

We felt like we had died and gone to heaven! To wake up in the morning, come downstairs and have a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean never gets boring. This home had all the amenities of a five star resort...all except the high resort prices. The interior was so spacious decorated with beautiful art work. We did not turn on the TV since we were busy exploring the island and hanging out by the pool. The WiFi was a great thing for the 2 workaholics with us who had to check with the office. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was a treat to have coffee out on the veranda in the morning off the bedroom. It was great to have laundry facilities and a fully stocked kitchen if we wanted to eat in---but there were great restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be going back to Cali Pi and this terrific place.

Great Villa.

The home is exactly as pictured. It was clean and had pretty much everything you would need although beach towels would have been a nice addition. It is in a small village but as others have commented within walking distance to several restaurants (Sa Terrassa was our favorite and the owner is very nice) and a short drive to many others. The beach is small but has beautiful water and is about a 10 min walk away. We had rented a car for the week and the house turned out to be a great base for us to see the entire island. I highly recommend renting a car and seeing the many markets and little towns around Mallorca. The house is set up above a bluff and has wonderful views and a constant breeze which was wonderful at night so those with bedrooms on the back of the house did not need AC. There is a table and chairs out by the pool which was nice. The outside area could have used some more comfortable chairs to sit and relax on or maybe some cushions on the table chairs but that didn't stop us from sitting outside a lot! Some of the photos showed an umbrella over the table which is no longer at the house but would have been nice as the awning that is now there does not provide much shade. Claudia was wonderful to deal with throughout the entire process!

Very nice property

Our vacation at the Villa in Cala Pi was very nice. The communication and coordination with the agent went very well without any difficulty. The Villa was convenient and pretty furnished. The best was the stunning view over the sea.

Wow!

The pictures and reviews are accurate! We loved this place. Realize the location is a bit out of the way (which we enjoyed). It is located in a small village. The water is calm in this area. The pool was the best feature. The residence is well stocked with things you need. We had a couple of minor issues and the owner responded promptly. Would love to return here! We were a group of fours adults (37-60) and 2 young children.

The living area is open plan with large sliding glass door leading out to the terrace and the swimming pool. There is a barbecue and the outside dining table, lend itself to enjoyable al fresco eating whilst taking in the fabulous views over the sea. The pool is 4 x 8 meters and is protected from the cliff by a 2 meter wall with railings.
