Beautiful sea side apartments for rent in the charming fishing village of Agios Nikolaos in the Grecian Peloponnese. Our studios are located 45 km or about a one hour drive from Kalamata. There is regular bus service from Kalamata to Agios Nikolaos. Our Luxury Apartment has a 180 view out over the water to the sun set and to the mountains. The apartment is fully furnished; has a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, sink; has a full bathroom; and we offer a free linen service twice a week.

Very nice and clean accomodation, super room service, wonderful location.
All details about the accomodation where correct and it was very clean. You have room service every day (cleaning and doing bed) and two times a week you get new bed sheets and towels. I would like to stay there again and again and again.
Sometimes in the night dogs from somewhere in the village are barking but it's okay - the mosquitoes are more annoying but there were anti-mosquito wall plugs.
Gnospi is THE perfect swimming spot. Not that known to tourists so it's quite most the time. There is even a fresh water shower.
Vaso offered us coffee/beer/wine on arrival and we have got two bottles of water in the fridge. You definitely don't need to buy bottled water because the tap water smells very good. Some day we found a glas with home grown olives on our table - thank you again Vaso.
In Agios Nikolaos are a plenty of good cafes, restaurants and bars. E.g. Elli.
A deux pas d'un joli petit port ...
Un appartement prévu pour 3 mais idéal pour un couple. Belle chambre séparée avec porte fenêtre donnant sur la terrasse, salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle, équipement cuisine bien pensé. La terrasse permet de prendre tous les repas près du jardin (appart rez-de-chaussée). Parking privé.
Propreté MAXIMALE : entretien quotidien et changement linge (bed sheets, bath towels) tous les deux jours ... Discrétion totale de Vaso, la propriétaire.
Situation à l'écart du port mais à 5 minutes à pieds de tout (boulangerie, restos, super market, ...). Possibilité de se baigner toute proche mais non adaptée à de jeunes enfants (crique avec accès à l'eau par échelle, grande profondeur uniquement). Plage aménagée accessible en voiture (5 min) ou à vélo. Bonne base entre autres pour découverte du Magne (à ne pas manquer ! ).
