Apartment very bright and renovated, with sea views in enclosed and family, with communal pool, and parking for one vehicle.
It has an area of about 50 m2. distributed in two rooms, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with built-in kitchen. A terrace facing the sea, and a small balcony overlooking the village. It has a communal area with ping pong, and to play football.
You walk to the town, beach, supermarket, and train station. Free WIFI.

This is a really lovely apartment, very clean, had everything that we needed. The balcony is amazing, we spent a lot of time on it - eating meals, gazing at the sea... Rosa and Josep welcomed us and were very helpful. Canet is a nice little town with easy access to Barcelona and other resorts along this stretch of coast. We would come back!
Fantastic apartment - amazing view to the ocean - fully equipped, nice and clean. Loved the terrace. Pool - and three minutes walk to the beach - and to the center of Canet. A nice little town, with local shops and restaurants. Easy to go to Barcelona by train. The hosts Rosa and Joseph were very nice and we will for sure go back any time. We Can indeed recommend this apartment.
Juste un petit mot pour remercier nos aimables hôtes Josep et Rosa. Ce fut de très belles vacances dans ce petit coin de soleil. Ils nous ont accueilli avec un appartement charmant et rempli de petits soins attentionnés (ex. bouteille d'eau, jus pour les enfants, bouteille de cava).
L'appart est stratégiquement positionné pour profiter de la plage, d’une vue magnifique de la mer méditerranée et d’un bris de vent d’après-midi pour profiter une sieste ou une lecture! Tous les magasins sont proches également. La voiture n’est pas nécessaire.
À l’intérieur, l’appart est impeccable et les chambres sont propres. La cuisine, les chambres et la salle de bain sont équipé. Et nos hôtes ont mis à notre disponibilité plusieurs serviettes de plage et un parasol pour la plage.
L’édifice se compose de plusieurs voisins tranquilles et accueillants. La piscine est maintenu propre.
Ce fut de belles vacances en famille avec des enfants. Merci beaucoup.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (es gibt sogar eine elektrische Saftpresse und eine Nespresso-Maschine), eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Sowohl vom vorderen Balkon als auch vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer hat man einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage sowohl zum Meer als auch in den Ort mit Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist sehr gut. Rosa und Josep haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles wichtige gut erklärt. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Die Wohnung ist hell, modern eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und es waren alle wesentlichen Utensilien vorhanden. Rosa und Josep waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns inital alles sehr gut erkärt, so dass keine Fragen mehr offen waren. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über den Saft und die Flasche Wein sowie die Grundausstattung an Öl/Essig und Gewürzen.
Auch der Pool war sehr schön und die gesamte Wohnanlage war immer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die nahegelegene Bahnstrecke stört eigentlich nicht.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
L'appartement est très agréable et décoré avec goût. La vue sur la mer est magnifique.
La plage de Canet de Mar est très propre et bien surveillé. Il n'y a pas trop de monde sur la plage, ça rend la surveillance des enfants facile.

Closed second residence apartments and holiday located in the same town of Canet de Mar. Complex It has swimming pool, parking for one car outdoors, and spectacular sea views.
The sunsets are ideal for walking the long walk from the beach in Canet de Mar, which leads to the nearby town of Arenys de Mar, and stop
on the road in one of its many pubs / bars, which are in the sand of the beach.
