About the property

Regency town house right in the city centre & moments from the beach.

Our regency town house is located between Brighton Station and the seafront within the Clifton Hill conservation area renowned for its period architecture.

The fashionable quirky 'Laines' shopping area, with its café bar culture as well as the main shopping mall are within a few minutes walk.

The seafront can be seen from the house at the bottom of the road where you will also find the new i360 viewing tower on the beach.

There are many wonderful bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The house itself is of the highest standard , you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay including dishwasher , washing machine ,fridge, freezer, flat screen TV , wifi, dining seats for up to ten guests, fully equipped kitchen etc.

We provide comfortable beds. ALL OUR BEDS ARE FOR SINGLE SLEEPERS.

Unlike many properties we don't expect guests to share beds.

Bedroom 1: Quad (2 singles 1 extremely sturdy adult bunk)

Bedroom 2: Quad (4 singles)

Bedroom 3: Double (1 extremely sturdy adult bunk)

We also have three quality sofa beds (sleeps 3)

The house has three bedrooms , two luxury bathrooms, kitchen dinner , lounge with Juliette balcony and a court yard garden.

The bathrooms are what you would expect to find in a five star hotel , tiled floor to ceiling in soft greys with Villeroy Boch suites.

The smart black wrought iron fence and Juliette balcony with black and white chequered path tiles are striking as you approach the property. Step inside and you will find the interior is immaculately decorated with all fixtures and fitting of the highest standards.

There is plenty of seating in the kitchen diner as well as the comfortable lounge.

This house is both funky and elegant and the location is fantastic , no need for a car here.

All of the wonderful things Brighton has to offer are at your fingertips , great nightlife the lovely beach/seafront , bars/ restaurants aplenty , shopping , theatres etc

Beautiful house, ideal for a big group

Have just got back from a great weekend away at the house and cannot praise it enough. Pictures do not do it justice! House is beautiful, really clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal, station and town within walking distance. Really speedy communication when we had any questions and deposit returned promptly. Kathryn and her husband (sorry I didn't catch your name!) were so accommodating, particularly with arrival and departure times. Perfect for a weekend away with friends!

Fantastic house in great location!

a lovely property- clean, well equipped, modern furnishings. With 10 single beds, it was ideal for our party of 10 friends, though we had to give plenty of time to get ready with only 2 (lovely) bathrooms! There are 3 sofa beds - but 13 would be a real squash unless you split into 2 groups (one in the stylish kitchen and the other upstairs!).

The property is on a hill - great for going into town (7-8 mins walk to the i360, 8-10 mins walk to main shopping centre, 10-12 mins walk to the Lanes) but not so good coming back laden with shopping/after a few beers!!

We all really loved the house - so many brownie points for booking it!

Kathryn (the owner) was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly - I would certainly recommend this property to friends.

Radiant red head's hen do!

We booked this accommodation for my friend's hen do over May bank holiday and were not disappointed! The hots were very helpful and welcoming, providing flexible times for check in and check out which was much appreciated. The house itself was beautifully kept and the perfect size for 13 of us. It was also very well situated, we could easily walk into the center of Brighton where there was loads to do and down to the waterfront which was great. I will definitely be recommending this accommodation to friends in the future.
