Overview

Coutures Cottage Rental Photos and Description

in Anjou, Loire Valley

Great Bowl is a 14-hectare property, built around a mill of the seventeenth century. The various owners who have succeeded have, according to their activities, is changing the architecture of the whole frame.

The cottages, fully independent, are arranged in common from the mid-nineteenth century and are restored in respect of the premises, in limestone and sandstone, but sometimes opt for a certain modernity.

Furniture, mottled or contemporary, the quilts, setting color ... all the decorative elements have been carefully selected to provide a personalized atmosphere.

The environment is conducive to calm and relaxation, with a 'panoramic' on ligérienne countryside and vineyards view the remarkable sunsets and horses in the meadow ...

All the ingredients for a successful stay!

The Loire Valley World Heritage: The Loire is certainly the most beautiful river in France and wildest too, with its sandbanks and villages full of charm. A stroll in the Loire is a must ...

It was at the 'Maison de Loire' SAINT MATHURIN you can discover the river full of strength and gentleness, it describes its fauna, flora and speaks depicts men who have had to adapt to the whims of the river.

The Regional Natural Park Loire Anjou Touraine is a true kingdom 'which combines many animal and plant species. The 'Maison du Parc' of MONTSOREAU depicts the Loire landscapes.

Angers and its surroundings: Unique in the world, 'Apocalypse Tapestry is exposed to the Castle of Angers, in the shadow of flower gardens. In the heart of Toussaint Abbey are exposed under a huge glass roof, the works of the sculptor David. Nearby, the municipal museum whose recent restoration allows staged works, sweeping ten centuries of art.

A must see in the Collegiate St. Martin, one of the oldest churches of Angers, but the Cathedral St Maurice, the Church of St. Sergius and the Trinity are also part of a remarkable religious heritage.

Plant passion of Anjou has enabled the creation of 'Terra Botanica', the first European theme park dedicated to the plant over 11ha. We take advantage of this trip to feast with a chef of star ', a former pupil of Marc Veyrat, Favre d'Anne. The garden of the Mail, the botanical garden, the Arboretum, the Balzac Park flourish in the city.

Seams and the countryside: the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, famous for its architecture and rich history, is original with its gardens filled with symbols.

A SAUMUR, audiences admire the riders of the prestigious school of Black Frame, within the National Riding School.

The vineyards of Anjou and Saumur mark the landscape around Grande Bowl, we appreciate the rows of vines that produce soft white, red 'goullayants' and fine wine bubbles.

The art gallery of Richard Rak seams, the terrestrial Propeller Varminsky in St Georges 7 Ways, the Cellars-cathedrals Perrières Doue, Castle Breze or villages Roche-Menier, Turquant ... The world of troglodytes brings you into an underground life, silent and mysterious.

'Small Towns of Character', 'most beautiful villages in France ... Blaison, Chenehutte-Treves-Cunault, Montsoreau, Turquant ... the character, heritage and floral ornaments deserve that one walks there on foot or by bike.

  • 5 of 5

  • 5 of 5

  • 4 of 5
