The two-storey villa dates back to the 70's and has recently been renovated. Located in a hilly position, outside the center, to ensure tranquility but at the same time not far from the city of Arezzo and the towns and villages in the surrounding area. The place is suitable for those seeking relaxation and contact with nature, great for walks in the woods, where you can casually observe local wildlife or go mountain biking. The dirt road leading to the house is part of the paths of St. Francis that connect Assisi to La Verna in Casentino, surveyed by the Italian Alpine Club.
The first floor has a dining area with kitchen, large living room with dining room, bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath also equipped with a shower.
At the beginning of the white road that leads to the villa, there are the remains of the town of San Severo with the small church of the same name. The house can be used as a base to see the surroundings: Arezzo, Cortona, Anghiari and many other countries. A few hundred meters away there is a farm with horse breeding, Maremma cattle, bulls and more, where you can admit your horse. A few kilometers away you can go horse riding, even for children and teenagers, and a visit with tasting of wines and salami at the ancient Fattoria il Muro.
According to need or request, the heating has an additional cost of € 20 and € 10 for the use of wood for fireplaces a day.
