Why Andrew Marshall chose Stratford
Growing up in Dublin, Ireland could hardly be considered as the prime motivator for wanting to live and own a property in Stratford. From an early age I had a found affection for the area whether it's the city of London, the Thames or any number of great London landmarks. However, when to opportunity presented itself I jumped in with both feet to buy and live in this smashing location.

Great apartment for family in London!
We were delighted with our stay at this London apartment. Before our trip the owner made us feel welcome and informed. The apartment was clean and we greatly appreciated the shampoo, shower gel and hand wash. We enjoyed having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the additional living room couch made into a bed. Since we are both tall, my husband and I each had a double bed and our older son slept on the couch while the younger had a provided blow up mattress. Everyone slept well!
The walk to the apartment from the metro was about 10 minutes. We did fine rolling our suitcases there. The metro station where you arrive has a huge beautiful shopping mall with 2 grocery stores, tons of food options, a Lego store, movie theater and more! Andrew does a great job of being a terrific host!
Spacious flat with two bathrooms and great views.
Great for a short or even longer stay with family or friends.
Great spot for east london
Clean and well-equipped apartment right on the Olympic park and close to other east London landmarks (Victoria park, Westfield centre, City of London stadium etc). Amazing views of canary wharf and the city, day and night. Would recommend and happily return, ideally during the football season to watch West Ham - you can see the stadium from the balcony!
The apartment was conveniently located near the metro, train station, and a huge mall. It had a cool view and was as described in the website. The owner was helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again.
Jennifer & co. recently stayed in our Olympic Vilage apartment. They were great guests to host, were really easy to communicate with and they really made great use of my apartment.
We rented, as always, the entire apartment out to them. They looked after it, all its content and returned it as they found it. A host can ask for no more.
We will be delighted and very welcoming if they book in with me again. We highly recommend them as guests to any host.
Many thanks Jennifer for your booking.
Perfect apartment with amazing views with easy access to all of London
My family of 5 stayed for 3 nights on a very hot stretch of weather in July. Although the apartment does not have air conditioning (as most do not in Europe) there was a wonderful cross breeze that made it very comfortable. The apartment is on the 15th floor with beautiful views and two balconies (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom). There is a full time doorman and the neighborhood is very safe with convenient food shopping close by. The tube station is about a 10 to 15 minute walk which will connect you to any line you need. The combination living room, dining room, kitchen is very comfortable and spacious. There is an air conditioned gym on the first floor which has a filtered water dispenser where we would fill out water bottles with cold water before departing on our daily adventures. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay close to downtown London without the noise and high price of being in downtown.
Great location for Olympic stadium
We stayed for two nights attending the athletics at the Olympic stadium on the Wednesday. Location of the apartment was great as only 5 minutes walk to Olympic park. Also close to Stratford station so it was easy to get to Greenwich which we also visited.
Thank you for a lovely apartment which was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the views and would love to stay again.

The apartment is located in E15 London is directly opposite the 2012 olympic village. It's ideal if you to visit this iconic site or are taking part in events at this venue.
It’s also within a short distance of many of London's famous sights, from the River Thames to Canary Warf, to the Tower of London, the City of London and London City Airport.
The HMS Belfast, London Dungeons, Westminster Cathedral, London Eye, West End, London’s theatre land and the City of London are but 15-20 minutes by tube.
There are lots of shops in Westfield Sopping Complex and the best grocery stores nearby are the Tesco (5 minute walk) Sainsbury (10 minute walk) or Marks & Spencer (10 minute walk) in Stratford High Street.
Stratford has a veritable feast of international & ethnic restaurants, pubs and cafes. For those looking for late nightlife there are a number of clubs on in the West End, which is close by.
