New apartment on the sunny quiet with views of the lake and mountains 1 km from the town and the slopes of downhill and cross.

It is in an old farmhouse renovated in quiet we did this little nest of 90 m2 duplex, we are located on the road leading to the ski slopes with a free shuttle Mauselaine 300m during the school holidays .

Apartment very spacious, well equipped, 1 km from the city center, shops, lake, resort pool, ice rink and bowling, cinemas, very linen factory outlets enjoyed in our city and the product businesses Local etc ....

Upstairs 1 bedroom with a 140/190 bed, a wardrobe, a chair, a room with 2 beds 90/190, wardrobe, chair bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, a toilet , 60/120 1 baby bed, bath, changing mat, high chair, 1 iron.

There is also a terrace with tables, chairs, barbecue, parasol.

RATES: Rates are 350 € to 450 € the week following the seasons except the week between Christmas and New Year is 500 €. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in season. It is also possible to rent during the week for a short break out of season.

Everything is included water + electricity, only the tourist tax which is 0. 80cts per day per person 13 years -Dessus is your responsibility.

Cleaning is included (I'm just asking to go the apartment in the state in which you found it on arrival).

séjour très agréable

Je suis venue passer 3 jours avec mon fils au mois de mai. je n'ai pas été déçue du tout. L'appartement est grand, très bien agencé, décoré avec goûts et très bien équipé. Il est très bien situé et offre une belle vue sur le lac. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et font tout pour nous rendre le séjour très agréable, encore merci. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter une seconde.

Decouverte d'une région

Malgré le temps, nous avons passé un agréable séjour . La ville de Gerardmer est trés sympa . Nous avons été trés satisfaits de cette location : de l'espace pour chacun, de la propreté, de la superbe vue sur la montagne, du trés bon rapport qualité/prix et de l'excellent accueil de la part de la propriétaire. Nous proposerons ce type de location à notre entourage .

SUPERBE LOCATION

Nous étions les premiers locataires en 2009,revenus en 2010 et location toujours aussi bien entretenue.

Tout est comme neuf et les propriétaires sont charmants.

Location à 2 minutes de la station de skis en voiture.

La literie est de qualité et très propre,cuisine très bien équipée il ne manque rien.
