Casa Ester is a stunning two bedroom, 1st floor apartment which has views of the sea, the mountains and the golf course and is 2 minutes walk from the Elba Palace 5* hotel, golf course and clubhouse. The apartment consists of a large lounge/diner, separate fully fitted kitchen, 4 piece bathroom suite, two double bedrooms (can be made up as double or twins with extra long beds), fully fitted wardrobes, one large furnished terrace (with sea views) with access from both the lounge and the master bedroom and a fantastic private roof terrace with sun loungers, with mountain views to the rear and sea views in front, dining table and chairs and 2 barbecues (1 gas, 1 traditional) where you can sit and watch the sunset over the mountains. The property has been fully redecorated and refurbished and has a new Samsung Smart TV with all Sky channels including sports, cartoons and films, together with complimentary WiFi. The property benefits from bug screens on all windows and doors, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and also air conditioning units in both bedrooms for the Summer months. The large shared pool is just outside the property. The owner is a golfer and can arrange golf & club hire for guests with English Golf Societies at both the Elba Palace course and Las Salinas (10 minutes walk). The apartment is within walking distance of the Commercial Centre with its many bars, restaurants, supermarket, ten pin bowling, cinema and designer shops (15 minutes walk) or hop on the free shuttle bus from the Elba Palace Hotel (5 minutes). A taxi from Caleta town centre is approx. 4 euros. A car is not necessary to enjoy your holiday as the property is fifteen minutes transfer time from the airport (approx. 15 euros). Our Property Manager is English and will meet guests on arrival. Ideal for couples, families or groups wanting to take advantage of the golf, sun and sea.

Great apartment

We had a lovely stay in the apartment, it had everything that we needed and lots of little extras too! The apartment is very well equipped with quality furnishings and equipment, it was spotlessly clean and the information pack was extremely informative. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and hope to visit again sometime in the future.

Top quality accommodation, superbly equipped and managed.

Excellent location and very comfortable. The owners in Clare and Gareth have thought of everything you can want to make this a home from home in the sun. We will definitely return and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Also the management company do a tremendous job with maintaining and on hand locally if needed.

Highly recommended

An excellent, well maintained apartment in a quiet location yet within easy walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants. Apartment was well equipped with everything that you need with excellent views from the terrace. Property Manager was excellent. Communal pool area was fantastic and never busy and we enjoyed a number of relaxing days at both the pool and the beach. A good choice of restaurants and bars in the town (with a number of helpful recommendations provided by the owners) and the 2 younger members of our group found enough good entertainment in the clubs to stay out until the early hours. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this apartment and we will certainly return!

Shame we weren't flying with Monarch!

Just got back home this morning after a great relaxing week. A lovely apartment with stunning views from the roof terrace, overlooking the golf course, sea and mountains. Spacious, clean, light and airy in a quiet location within a short walk to the commercial centre or a 5 minute taxi ride (or free bus from the nearly hotel) to the town centre where there is a huge variety of places to eat. The apartment is very comfortable with everything provided for a relaxing stay. Can't wait to return.

Lovely apartment

Just back from a 2 week stay here. Apartment was great - clean, we'll equipped, comfy beds and great views from the roof terrace. Communal pool was spotless and never busy. Would definitely go back.

Why Clare Edwards chose Antigua

We have rented a property on Campo de Golf for the last ten years so we jumped at the chance to buy in Las Rocas as it is perfectly situated for us. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the sea front,restaurants and bars but just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. My husband is a golfer and the apartment is within easy walking distance of 2 courses, we can arrange for guests to join up with English golf societies who play a minimum of 3 times a week, if they wish.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has beautiful views of the sea from the front and the mountains at the rear, it is a short, 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. For guests who want to relax, everything is within a short walk and therefore it is not necessary to hire a car.

There is a large supermarket at the nearby Commercial Centre with a taxi rank just outside, where a taxi to the apartment costs €3 to €4 Euro.The apartment is well equipped with air conditioning in both bedrooms for the few months of the year that it enhances comfort. It also has bug screens across all windows and doors and is equipped with complimentary WIFI and cable TV with all English,Irish channels with all sports and film channels.There is a second TV in the master bedroom with a DVD player. We have English property agents who live nearby on Campo de Golfe and between us, we endeavour to ensure all of our guests enjoy their holiday in our home as much as we do.
