SKI IN/OUT: With 2400 SF - this duplex is one of the largest in Saddlewood. It is spacious, beautiful and located adjacent to Snowflake (50 yards to lift). Address is 56 Bluff Court. Located between Peaks 8 and 9 and a short 15 minute walk to town.

RELAX IN COMFORT AND STYLE: This upscale home is full of extras not found in other rentals plus internet service. You will never be chilled with radiant floor heating, fireplace, hot tub (located off family room), Jacuzzi tub, and heated garage!


The main living area features an open floor plan with two full couches (one is a pull out bed), flat screen TV, chair/ottoman, fireplace, and well equipped kitchen for the chef in the group. Gas grill conveniently located on deck off kitchen.

A full bath and bedroom with queen-size bed finish off this beautiful main floor.


The lower level features a family room; bedroom with 1 twin bed, 1 bunk bed (twin over full), full bath, and new washer and dryer.


The master suite has a king-size bed and full bath: Jacuzzi tub, shower stall and double sink.

The Saddlewood community offers a very unique location. With Snowflake Lift right outside the back door, we can go from thinking about hitting the slopes to being on the lift in less than 5 minutes ... we've done it! The center of the Town of Breckenridge is short walk down the hill. No waiting for shuttle buses or a need to drive anywhere.

Hello Katie, Thank you so much for letting us stay in your Breckenridge home! It is so comfortable and beautiful! We had an amazing time. We loved "hiking" to the reservoir almost everyday. We went horseback riding at the Breckenridge stables--the horses walked the entire time which was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the Alpine slide, the Georgetown Loop and rafting, too! We had an incredible vacation! We had dinner most nights at home and enjoyed cooking in your kitchen--we had everything we needed … your Breckenridge home is incredible!Cathy J.

Great for large families

Plenty of rooms and beds, along with couches for sleeping. The kitchen was great for making breakfast and dinner to save on going out every night, and it was easy to hang out with everyone with the open floorplan. It couldn't be easier skiing down to the lifts in the morning, and right up to the garage after a long day on the hill. The heated garage was really nice for getting geared up. Overall, we had a great time.

Roomy Comfortable Condo with a Great Location

Nicely decorated, roomy condo with great location and caring owners. Walk to town and very close to lift ticket purchase and ski rental. Room to spend time together in living room and kitchen common area, or have privacy in bedrooms and living space on separate floors. Good to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Nice views and sunlight with a practical ski in & out location. Heated garage with a place for skis and boots, and a big outdoor hot tub is great. Big screen TVs with comfortable beds and furniture. I have a new appreciation and love of Breckenridge after staying here!

Awesome Place

Just stayed here for 3rd time. Can't beat the location! Snowflake lift is just out the back door where they rent skis and sell lift tickets. We parked the car in the heated garage and didn't use it until we went back to the airport. Thanks Katie!

Great condo, great location and a great owner

This is our fourth consecutive year to rent from Katie and, as with each of the other years, we have loved our stay there. The condo is modern, with great light throughout, and is well located within walking distance of town. It has all the essentials within the condo and is like being at home. Katie is always accessible, and more than accommodating when we have made requests for services and maintenance. We will definitely come back each summer to 56 Bluff Court in Saddlewood!

Spacious Condo Perfectly located in the heart of Breckenridge

We (family of 5) stayed here for our family vacation. We found the condo extremely spacious and well laid out. Our kids loved the bunk beds and adjacent common room. The main common area had a very well equipped kitchen, comfy couches, with a working gas fire place.We loved the private master ( king) bedroom/bath room. There is a great view of the mountain from the stairs leading up to the master bedroom. Other highlights include having access to a scenic hike right at our doorstep as well as an easy walk to Main Street in downtown Breckenridge. The owners provided top notch dining/ activity ideas that were spot on.
