Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Poor shower, dirty towels and linens.
It was impossible to regulate the shower. Extremely hot or freezing cold. The manager tried to convince us it could be adjusted but he is wrong. Plumbing needs to be addressed. Towels and linens are stained and not clean. They are barely dried in a small musty closet for the next visitor. Not sanitary. Kitchen faucet needs replacement. Otherwise location was good. WiFi was good.
Heart of London!
Want to “ live” in the very heart of London? “Feel” Charles Dicken’s characters? This rental is for you! Next to the Seven Dials Monument, this apartment wins the award for our top
Owner communication was efficient and timely. He suggested taking the Tube from Heathrow with exact directions. Everything worked: workable outside door and apartment keys, Internet , one TV remote, comfortable bed. Accommodations were just perfect for the two of us.
As for the noise, shower irregularities, cracked tiles- yes, but not really that noticeable. YOU ARE IN THE HEART OF LONDON!
We hope to book again soon’
Covent Garden comfort
Great location, contemporary comfortable lodging, friendly host, a win all around.
Covent Garden apartment top location
We were very happy with our stay here. The communication was excellent prior and during our stay. The location was excellent right in the 7 dials district . The metro was easily accessible and the home itself was very comfortable. Loved our time here.
Reasonable cost, good kitchen, the bathtub water cannot be properly regulated, excellent location with short walk to underground, beds not very comfortable (the one in the bedroom was too soft and the hide-a-bed was too hard) not very well supplied. and it doesn’t look like the photo above.
Thank you for the four stars; she is a sturdy flat, in the perfect location, at a great price. Just to follow up on the notes, the mattress is pretty new, and on a well supported frame with wooden slats; some may be used to specific tension, but it's a good comfortable bed with luxury down duvet and pillows (and bed mat, which can be removed for firmer sleep). Plumbing in the old London building can be fiddly, as described in the listing, but slow adjustments work (see other reviews). Flat is fully furnished and supplied on arrival, with equipped kitchen and even some nice extras (tea and coffee, electrical adaptors, umbrellas, guide books, etc.). Photos are accurate, and actually some new additions since that photo -- more plants, new couch (same model, but light grey), new studio lamps, and bedroom with new curtains and bedside tables; we guarantee everything as listed/described.
The apartment is located in elegant and colourful Covent Garden, at the famous "Seven Dials" intersection, one of the trendiest areas. It is literally above a vast array of boutique shops, restaurants, cafés, coffee shops and wine bars.
