Condo B105 (Sleeps 2) On Ground Floor, No Stairs Easy, Access to Beach/BBQ/Pool!

Unit B105 in sunny Kihei, is a ground floor walk in condo with a large lanai. Located at the ocean end of building B, in The Waiohuli Beach Hale property. WBH is a small two level peaceful uncrowded complex with lush tropical landscaped gardens, waterfalls, and a 60' x 24' solar heated pool. All this on a great long sandy beach steps from the condo.

Guests from around the world mix at the pool and mingle at the BBQ while cooking, sometimes sharing recipes and food. Highlights of the evenings are the glorious Hawaiian sunset, right at the beach. Everyone is welcome to bring their beverage and enjoy conch shell blowers signaling when the Hawaiian sun sets into the Pacific.

Windsurfers, stand up paddle boarders and kiters can launch at the ocean out front. World class snorkeling, and diving is a few minutes away.

Our non-smoking paradise beach condo has been restored from the ground up, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, tile floors, walk in glass shower, California King size bed, 62" Flat screen TV with DVR in the main room, 32" Flat screen TV and AC in the bedroom.

The Waiohuli Beach Hale has a shared Wi-Fi service and password. However, we provide a free private password protected Wi-Fi connection for better security and availability for guests.

Our condo is the Oceanside end unit, with windows on three sides, along with ceiling fans in each room, providing nice Hawaiian breezes. The location makes for the convenience of not running up and down stairs, helpful when going to the beach, pool or BBQ.

Everything is supplied from beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and boogie board.

The kitchen is fully equipped form Keurig to corkscrew, with most everything in between.

About The Owner

During our first visit to Maui we decided to look to buying a property at Waiohuli. That has been a dream come true. Now as owners for 14 years, we enjoy each visit to our paradise each time on island. Our goal by managing the guests rental ourselves, is to make the best possible experience for everyone. Why The Owner chose Maui

Condo 105 is completely remodelled on the ground floor, with the

waterfall garden in front of the the private lanai. The free parking is a few steps from the door, making easy access. The pool, ocean and BBQ are a short stroll to each. Mornings are made for taking your cup of local coffee out to the lanai to watch the fishing, snorkel or whale watching boats starting their days.

Exactly what Maui is supposed to be!

We needed to get away from our rainy season and had never been to Maui so weren't sure what to expect. Lyn & Norris's condo was perfect. They are both so nice making sure you have plenty of information in advance to make your Maui vacation whatever you intend. We assumed Maui was all about relaxing but we also like a bit of adventure. We were happy to have plenty of both. The condo is in a great location for exploring all parts of the island, yet apart from the hustle bustle crowds of the big resorts. Quiet, tropical setting, right on the beach, awesome pool and facilities, and it's so fun to join in the conch-blowing at sunset! The layout of the condo is comfortable with good flow and has everything you could need for cooking, going to the beach, or just relaxing at home. Really it was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Lyn & Norris!

Aloha Spirit

My daughter and I spent 6 days at this fabulous condo and found it to be perfect for the 2 of us! We felt at home the minute we walked in.... The decor was perfect and the house was spotless. The kitchen was well appointed I cooked every night and felt I had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable (not typical for vacation rentals) we never needed the AC, we just cracked the windows for the breeze, beautiful birdsongs and ocean waves. We spent one day at the pool and "our" beach and everyone we met in the complex was just delightful. The grounds are immaculate and the property manager there must be the hardest working man on Maui. He was up early every day washing, cleaning grills, mowing lawns, repairing waterfalls and planting plants. This is a very small complex that is well-maintained, quiet and close to everything you need-groceries, restaurants, drug stores, clothing shops and plenty of rental places for water gear, tours etc.... however you would never know any of that is remotely close when you walk into the condo and out on the lanai. Two separate worlds existing steps away from one and other. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful Kihei condo.

My son and I spent a week in Maui in this wonderful condo in Kihei. I am so happy I booked this condo, everything was just as described and so comfortable. Kihei is a relaxing place to stay and this condo fits right in with that relaxed feeling. Markets and restaurants are conveniently located within walking distance of the condo; the condo itself was like a welcoming embrace from the moment we arrived. Lyn and Norris were a joy to work with, their love of Maui can be felt in their home, our stay was so relaxing. I slept like a baby and my son felt right at home. The condo is fully accessible and the beach is nearly a stone throw from the doorway. You can watch the sunset from the lanai. Thank you Lyn and Norris, your home was the perfect spot for us!

Comfort and Convenience

My husband and I spent two weeks in Maui at this condo. It is very well appointed and the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need, including some condiments. I loved having 100 hangers in the closet and plenty of drawer space. On the main floor, we had a lovely patio that was less than a minute walk across the lawn to the beach. One thing I loved the most was location; no roads to cross and no traffic noise. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded! The location is wonderful and convenient to everything. The grocery and many restaurants are just around the corner (but out of site.) Parking is great, always just steps from the door. This was our first visit to Maui. The owner was so helpful and found all kinds of information for us. We would return here in a minute! Thank you for everything Lyn & Norris!

Slice of Paradise

My husband and I recently spent 10 days in this lovely prpoerty, and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was spacious, well designed, and spotlessly clean for our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked, and the left over spices/condiments from previous visitors were greatly appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable, but at times, our sleep was disrupted by loud voices, moving up and down the stairs outside the bedroom window. I must say though, to awaken from a deep sleep, to be reminded that we were in paradise, was not a bad thing! The bathroom is a touch small for two people to get ready at the same time, but the shower was great! The lanai was an extension to the living space, and the furniture was top end, and truly comfortable. The view from the lanai was mostly of the gorgeous landscaping and waterfall, but with a bit of angling, you could see the vista of the ocean. It was steps from the beach, and from the grilling area. The pool is fabulous - warm, clean, and large, and the lounge chairs very comfy. The beach was great for walking, and for parking a beach chair (the Tommy Bahama chairs were well used, thanks Lyn!), but the swimming at this location was less than perfect, as there are many small rocks and pebbles. But, with good water shoes, the problem was solved easily. During our stay, it was quite warm, 85 F each day, but the air conditioning was not required, so long as you open the patio door, and the entry screen, allowing the cross breezes to enter. The short walk to one of the Island's best markets was welcomed, and the abundance of restaurants in the immediate area was welcomed. We have previously stayed in Kihei, nearby Kam I/II beaches, and prefer this location to the chaos of that area. We will not hesitate to return, and recommend this condo to a couple, seeking a get away from their everyday. It has quick access to all areas of Kihei, and to all Island access. We especially enjoyed our visit upcountry, and our lunch at the Kula Bistro. The condo owners were receptive to all of our questions, and provided perfect bits of information to enhance our stay. 2 weeks in paradise!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this condo for over two weeks at the beginning of 2014, and it was terrific! The condo exceeded my expectations (it's larger than the photos suggest) and is very well maintained and updated. It is clean, comfortable, and very well stocked/equipped. You can view the sunset from the patio chairs, or walk just a few more steps and enjoy it directly on the beach with a glass of wine. We loved being on the ground floor with such great access to a beautiful beach. We actually selected the location because my boyfriend is learning how to kite board and wanted good access to "kite beach" (Kanaha beach); it turned out that kite beach was about a 20 min drive away, which was very convenient, and we still got to stay on the South shore and witness the incredible sunsets. I will return to this condo when we come back to Maui (someday soon hopefully) and will be recommending it to my friends & family. Also, the owners were a pleasure to deal with and care very much about ensuring a wonderful stay in their property.
