Nice location, stunning views but poorly maintained and needs a good clean

We have recently returned from a two week stay at Pablo’s apartment in Mojacar. The apartment is located in a quiet, residential area of Mojacar, approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the Parque Commercial shopping centre. As the apartment is positioned on a hill, a car is essential.

The apartment is well equipped and has wonderful views from the balcony and roof terrace of the sea and mountains. However, it is not very well maintained. The apartment was dirty and the beds were not prepared. All the towels and bedding had a bad odour and had to be washed before we could use them. The cutlery drawer was full of crumbs and food debris. As with the bedding, these had to be washed before use. It was the same with the crockery. Luckily there was a working dishwasher. There were many other maintenance issues including toilet roll holders which were hanging off the wall, broken toilet seat, iron bound with tape and curtain pole hanging from wall in lounge. All these should have been fixed before we arrived.

We have stayed in many apartments around the World and this had to be by far the most poorly maintained and unclean apartment in which we have stayed.

In the same way, we have done a complete cleaning after the summer season, which from now we will do more frequently. I'm so sorry for hear that your stay has not been satisfactory. GREAT WINTER STAY

We are a couple of French retirees, that we decided to spend 3 weeks in Mojacar

Since we saw the apartment`s Pictures; we loved it, so we sent an e-mail to the owner and rented this wonderful apartment.

It is a wonderful apartament, all the rooms get to the outside, It has a huge terrace and a amazing solarium. The apartment is fully equipped, it also included an Smart TV to watch your tv country channels!!!.

The attic is located in a quiet residential area with private garage. It is very close to beach and restaurants etc.

We have enjoyed the winter`s weather in Mojácar. Very recommended Place and nice apartament to enjoy Mojacar`s weather.

Many thanks to the owner (Pablo), for his kindness, that made us to enjoy a wonderfull hollidays.

Amazing apartment in excellent location

This is our second stay in this superb apartment, which is just minutes away from the beach, restaurants & the commercial centre. The apartment itself is modern and clean with free wifi. We particularly enjoyed the outside space, which includes a huge roof top terrace with a seating area, sun loungers, table & chairs. The views from here are extensive, with the mountains and Mojacar Pueblo in one direction and the coast & sea in the other.

The apartment was meticulously clean and the customer service provided by Sylvia, who lives 2 minutes away, was without fault, nothing was too much trouble for her. We will definitely be going back and can thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment to families and couples.
